We were greeted by Elisha who came with the standard "What brings you in today..." Long story short...my wife and I also decided to change our mattress...to a split King. What happened there...? Something in the air inside the store, I guess...LOL! The process took a little while. There was trouble with the Mattress Firm computer system (probably running Windows...LOL!) but after a long while, we got everything ordered and the staff got everything entered and scheduled for delivery. Price...a bit over the top. But we got the Rolls Royce version... Delivery was super fast! My daughter got her mattress delivered and installed the next day. My wife's and mine were delivered the following day. That's fast... Lots of choices in the store from basics to the fantastics. We highly recommend this place for your mattress needs! After all, they know that you spend 1/3 of you life on a mattress so better get something comfortable and will love for a long time!

I settled on a refrigerator at a cost of $1200; he told me about the extended warranty at a cost of $599.99 for 5 years (this was beyond my budget, and I did not purchase). I explained to him that I already had appliance insurance, and this would be covered under my home warrant plan. He tried to tell me that they would come out 2 times/year; and no cost for parts or service. I inquired about delivery and was told i could do one of two things, pick it up myself they could deliver thru a third party at a cost of $150.00. I was also told if I returned my old refrigerator, American Freight would charge me $20 to dispose. On the date of the pickup, I dropped off my old refrigerator and was told by another sales associate, Ashkan to dispose of my old refrigerator would cost $35. I told him the price Marco told me was $20; while I was standing there, Carlos contacted Marco and I heard Marco say that he provided me an incorrect disposal price and the price was $35. I told Ashkan that is not my problem and I am only going to pay the $20. Initially, both Marco and Ashkan wanted to make sure I scanned the barcode to leave a review of the service they both provided. They were not as eager for me to leave a review after the situation regarding the price to dispose of my old refrigerator. Marco did not greet me or acknowledge me during anytime while I was in the store and to think I made sure he received commission on the sale even though he was not at work when I came back to make the final purchase. I will never make another purchase from American Freight again. Buyer beware!

The prices were absolutely amazing especially for the quality that you're getting here. Abraham was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He listened and showed me a few beds available and answered all my questions. There's a recliner that swivels and rocks and made out of corduroy. You're so very comfortable! He also has no interest purchase programs if that interests you. I think this is one of those best kept secrets.
