I told Anari, the store rep who greeted me, that I wanted one similar to the model I had, and even though that model was discontinued years ago, he knew right away which mattress to suggest. The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. Perhaps even more importantly, my guests were very happy with it (even thinking of getting a new mattress themselves as a result).

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

Delivery delayed without…read moreexplanation, furniture arrived in the wrong color, the delivery team were rough with furniture and damaged it during delivery without apology, and one piece of furniture was not delivered at all, with no explanation. When concerns brought to the attention of the owner, he stated he was not responsible for the wrong color furniture because it was not his fault she couldn't see what color it was in the catalog. Very unprofessional and they do not take responsibility for errors in their service. Go somewhere else.

We were greeted by Thomas, who gave us an overview of the store, provided his suggestions and pretty much gave us our space to roam the store. He also suggested that we take pictures of what we like so that if we come back, he can point us in the right direction. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.

totally unprofessional attitude after and during the time of delivery. I purchased 8000 worth of…read morefurniture. one sectional sofa did not fit properly in my room either blocked entrance or fireplace so I raised that concern at time of assembly and made few calls. within two hour of delivery (less than 72 hours of order placement) i went to store. requested other item in exchange or store credit but store manager their acted very unprofessional and total attitude change. demanded 25% restock and delivery charge a worth of 1000 in cash before he gives me any option for exchange for any other item or store credit. all I requested is an other item or store credit and agreed to pay even delivery but not helped. same person told me he is owner of 3 other locations and he cannot give me any one else number to assist in this matter. I feel I am ripped off as I have not even sit or used it and being subjected to this high penalty. really need help here to get the correct item.

And it takes 3 weeks or more before they get the item in. Then they ship it out to you. The signs on window says liquidation. Don't be fooled guys. It's still over priced. Your better off go to Marlo or value city they have better return policy. And you can finance your furniture. This place is crap and deceiving. Stay away.
