Then I find out they screwed up in their system and had me down to pick up when I payed double for the delivery to be as soon as possible. Then I spend a total of 10 hours on hold between 2 days to speak to someone about my missing couch. To top it all off now I can't get it till February and have currently been on hold for an hour and a half!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
