Leslie was amazing when we visited here! She was so knowledgeable and easy to chat with throughout the process. She recommended perfect mattresses for our body types and based on what we were looking for in a bed. Leslie took her time with us listening to our wants, concerns and needs and helped us make the absolute best choice for us. Mattress Firm had a great incentive for the Tempur-pedic bed we were interested in, $300 accessory credit (pillows etc) and 3% back. It was definitely a hard deal to beat. I also found a pillow that I fell in love with here and Leslie helped me identify a good pillow for my height and size. I absolutely recommend visiting her (and Yesenia was very nice while we were here as well). Service at this Mattress Firm is top of the line! We ordered 2 king memory foam pillows that needed to be shipped to us. They arrived just a couple days later, but one of the pillows didn't take shape after opening from the box. When I called Yencenia about this, she was ready to order a new replacement at no cost to us. Later she called and said she had one in the store if we wanted to stop by. I picked it up immediately. I love it when people go above & beyond in their jobs and Yenencia is one of those people. It's easy to tell that she loves her job. Thanks again . We'll be back soon! read more

I would give five stars for my recent visit, purchase experience here! Cliff was such a helpful and professional associate who helped me and my fiance with finding the perfect bed. We didn't have any brand or bed in mind when we walked in the store. We just needed one. Cliff guided us through which preferences we were looking for and suggested different beds for us to try. There were so many options from plush, firm, luxury firm, different materials, brands... and etc. He narrowed it down based on our liking and helped us to make the decision quick, simple, and satisfied. There was a great deal of guaranteed 120 days to decide to keep, return, or exchange. Again, I was informed of all these info which was not only super helpful but also got another deal on top of it. I received $800 worth free bed adjustable for the particular mattress that I picked. I was happy about all the promotions with free delivery. I have to give another 5 star for the Delivery! My family and I stopped in today to see if this location carried any of the organic latex blend mattresses. I am not sure if one woman was having a bad day. But, she greeted us kindly with a tablet and asked if we wanted to "start the process". I wasn't sure what she meant by process, but told her we just wanted to look around and asked her what "the process" was. She mentioned that she would walk around with us. I stated that we just wanted to look around. Somehow the interaction went back and forth about "the process". She got a little snippy; began speaking to me in this condescending as if she was annoyed [and speaking to someone that requires slowed speech in order understand the exact same words spoken seconds earlier]. Overall, I recommend this store when looking for a high quality mattress. I had planned on spending a lot of money on a new mattress and thus had high expectations. There was one problem during the time of delivery, but management was very professional and quick to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, even on a Saturday. I had called the store to ask if they had box springs in store for pickup. I was helped by Kristen, who informed me they do not, but she graciously assisted me in ordering what I needed. She was super helpful, even just over the phone. She even gave me a call back to let me know she had to change the way I had to make the payment. Not many people would help to the extent she did, while over the phone. They normally tell you to do everything through the website. Wanted to leave a review and especially thank Jane for her helpfulness and professionalism when we visited a few days ago. She answered all of our questions and provided her expertise. We committed to a mattress within our budget and we're super excited! Then, we needed to reschedule our delivery to match our schedules. We called in and spoke with Jane again, who helped us reschedule our delivery. She called again to confirm that the change went through, but our phones were dead. She followed up the next day. I really appreciate her professionalism and how she handled the entire process. Thanks Jane! EDITED on 8/25/2021: We had originally scheduled our mattress delivery for Sunday, then moved it to Tuesday to better align to our availability. On Monday, we received a notice that our mattress had not made the truck and was delayed to Wednesday. My partner called to figure out potential solutions and was told very bluntly that there was nothing that could be done. I understand that - sometimes things are out of our control and that causes frustration on both parties. However, it was a little bit rude to be told, "I'm the only one here and I am the manager, so that's that". When I called back, I spoke to Kristen, and we figured out a bunch of options - including the one we went with, picking it up from Whittier - that included picking up the mattress from a neighboring store or having it picked up and delivered using a third-party app. Kristen also reached out to her district manager and they were willing to reimburse us for the costs. We didn't need them to, and ultimately did not accept that part of the offer, but that was very nice of them. Therefore, I am leaving up the 5 star review: The mattress rescheduling and the first conversation was not great, but they (eventually) did what they could and helped us out the best of their abilities. NEW DO NOT ORDER FROM MATTRESS FIRM. Worst customer service ever!!! AKA there's no one to even contact in customer service. Our order was delayed and we were never notified- lined up a sitter & took off work weeks in advance. Then the next date they were supposed to deliver it, still didn't deliver it. Store pointed the finger at the warehouse, warehouse pointed the finger at the store. You call customer service and there isn't anyone. We had our date promised and rescheduled 3 times so far and still waiting. My husband is disabled with ALS and has been sleeping on the couch, because I sold our old bed frame based on the original quoted delivery date. The infrastructure & customer care is horrendous! The store manager ended up calling and giving me a heartfelt apology once he realized he remembered me & my husband in the store trying to get my husband out of his wheelchair on to mattresses to try them, with 2 toddlers in tow. The store employee Anna was also very kind, but that doesn't negate the lack of service, upholding the delivery date (3 times!!!) and lack of communication with the customer when it was going to be delayed. No one knows what the heck is going on & once Chris the store manager told us our bases actually wouldn't be in until 01/05/23, I lost it. We were told they would be ALL delivered 12/9/22 when a store rep was trying to make the sale during their Black Friday sale. Chris did what he could to swap bases... our original Serta, to a mattress firm one, so we can atleast receive it within the next week (after almost a week of waiting)... since the Serta one won't arrive until next year- WTF?! The person who told me everything would arrive on 12/9, then 12/13 should be fired. Delivery guys showed up today with 2 pillows & 2 mattress covers (to put on my non-existent bed) and were snippy with me on the phone when I said I would be out in 5 minutes after helping my husband go to the restroom- "you can't just come to the door?" Was their response- I was appalled! Then their warehouse rep, Damien is from the Devil himself with his lies, inconsistency & lack of customer service. He honestly should be fired or maybe mattress firm just hires people in the warehouse who have a low IQ and are incompetent A-holes? The experience was the worst I've ever had- which isn't exaggerating. I wouldn't recommend mattress firm to anyone ever!! I will start of by saying that I had to go thought several issues due to manufacturing company, however Mattress Firm not only resolved all of them, but also went above and beyond with their service. We purchased our mattress (Purple .2 Hybrid) about 6 weeks ago. The initial delivery date was couple weeks from purchase date. Due to back order from the manufacturing company (I did verify with other stores like Macy's and directly with Purple and they had 8 weeks of wait time), the delivery was delayed by 6 more weeks. Mattress Firm in Brea ordered a replacement mattress (Beautyrest Black Firm) for me as they knew I had back surgery and needed something immediately. Beautyrest was delivered and setup for me while I was waiting for my Purple. (I fell in love with the Beautyrest, highly recommend if you like firm mattress or had back surgery). My Purple was delivered to me yesterday. (I hope it is as good as the Beautyrest or better). During the switch of the mattress, I noticed that the adjustable base I had purchased had a rip at one spot. I called the Brea store and long story short, they are going to replace the base for me tomorrow. The little inconveniences I had were all because of the manufacturing company, yet Mattress Firm did everything in their power to help and fix the problem. Purchasing mattress online can be easy but when you have issues, it is very helpful to have someone who can listen to your concerns and fix the problem for you. My fiance and I came in looking to exchange our mattress we had purchased on the wesbite. Unfortunately the Brea location has way too little of beds to actually try. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The 2 employees we spoke to were kind, but we felt extremely rushed. The process was, walked in, greeted, tried 3ish mattresses, was told not to get the purple mattress, walked us over to the computer, checked the warehouse for a used mattress, and we got all the way to me about to pay before I realized how fast we had gone and that we barely even tried the mattress. We ended up going to the location in Chino Hills and got our mattress there instead. We were welcomed to lay on the mattress as long as we wanted, the employee there offered us pillows with protectors, etc. The store in Brea, we were not offered pillows or any protectors. I am grateful that my fiance and I realized we were being rushed and went to the other location instead. read more

My back still felt like crap! So I called up the Mattress Firm store where I bought my mattress & exchanged it for an authentic 'tempurpedic' mattress. I was in great need of a new bed. This is really my first adult purchase and did not know where to start, I work down the street from mattress firm so one day after work me and my mom went there to check it out and Faesul helped us out and taught me so much about what best for certain sleepers and how many springs it should have. I wanted to shop around before I bought a mattress and he was really cool about it not pressing me to buy his product. I looked online and at Macy's and didn't find as good as deal with the right amount of springs he suggested so I went back and bought my mattress from Faesul I went on my lunch break hoping I could pick it up that night with my dads truck and he went fast so i could still have some time in my lunch. I couldn't pick up the mattress from there store because they are a show room but I ordered my bed Friday and it was delivered Sunday night. It came a little late but the drivers were stuck in bad traffic they can't help that and the delivers installed it fast kind and funny. 10/10 would recommend them. read more

I decided it was time to give up the recliner and get a better night sleep so I stopped in to the Mattress Firm store in my area on Imperial Hwy in Brea. First I was greeted by Cassie and Faesal with a no pressure to purchase I felt completely at ease to look around and ask questions. We talk, I told them what I thought I wanted, they listened. The whole experience was wonderful. I tried several beds and decided on and purchased a "firm" pillow top Sterns & Foster and couldn't be happier. And OMG the pillow, the pillow the pillow...I never thought I would give up "My Pillow" this is the BEST pillow ever. Worth the extra. The delivery was as promised - on time.
