I came here for my first time. The guy was so cool and very knowledgeable I give him 5/5 stars ! However the pricing on the mattresses were very expensive especially since I was looking for a twin. Their cheapest TWIN is for 400 dollars and it was terrible ?! And the rest are about 1k for a twin?!!! Also the 400 one was not comfortable and was firm...I said how could a twin basically be worth a thousand bucks he replied because their mattresses are basically are very good quality and great for the back it'll last for years which I understand but basically told me I wouldn't be able to find a great quality bed cuss their mattresses are the best....20mins later I went to Matress Firm in Brea instead and it was my first time there too the associate was amazing I gave them the best reviews definitely check that place out if you're a local like me I ended up getting a tempur-pedic twin bed that was completely comfortable and felt so amazing ! When my boyfriend and I first walked in Lisa Marie was nice to me, then she started to interact with my boyfriend, she was extremely rude to him. The way she spoke to him was unprofessional, constantly told him he was wrong, and what he and I wanted didn't matter. She knew what was best for us apparently. We were ready to buy a mattress the price was good and the selection. But continuously being disrespected made us leave. Thankfully another family walked in so we could escape. We ended up at Orange Country Mattress with David he was amazing. The same family that aided our escape from Lisa was there when we came back for our purchase. After speaking to them we found out they had a very similar experience with her and she was very disrespectful to the husband / dad of the family. It was mind blowing. She seems to have problem with Men. It's a bummer she missed out on two sales because of how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. But who knows, I'm probably wrong. read more

What a delightful person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions my mother in law had. I was impressed with how patient she was. I appreciate that, especially because getting financed can be intimidating for someone who hasn't been through that process before. She was easily able to walk my mother in law through the steps of getting approved. Most importantly she helped her find a replacement that she was completely content with. So we walked in with just the hopes of finding a replacement. Something similar to fit a small budget. I remember eight years back when I first started teaching, my first big ticket purchase item was a new mattress. I mean we spend half of our lives in the thing so you might as well buy a good one. I came here because it was my local Ortho store. We had come there to buy my mattresses as a kid. They have a great selection with all types of mattresses for different sleep styles. I ended up with a Tempu-Pedic mattress, and an Ortho massaging and moveable base. The staff was very helpful and my mattress was delivered next day. They even got rid of the old one for me! Now comes why I am writing this review eight years later. I was doing some rearranging at the house and I accidentally broke my remote for my bed. I had a tough time trying to find a replacement online. I decided to call the store. I spoke with Zanan. He took down my information and told me that he would call me back. He called back the next day and let me know that he needed to get a hold of the gentleman at the warehouse, that he would be off, but someone would call me. I had forgotten about it, and assumed they had forgotten about me. It is two days later and I received a call back from Zanan, and he was able to acquire the remote replacement for me. This is service that goes above and beyond and you do not see anymore. I highly recommend you to bring your business here and I know this is where I will buy my next mattress. read more
