We were looking for a very specific chair, and thanks to Google Maps, we saw that this place was right across from our last stop. I honestly can't remember ever shopping here, but I was happily impressed. It is another discount furniture store, but the furniture felt a little higher-end. We found the area with the chairs, and while checking them out, we were greeted by an employee who asked if we needed any help and offered to get us popcorn! Now that was a nice touch. He chatted with us for a little while and left us to shop. We still didn't find what we were looking for, but it was a pleasant experience. I'd leave zero stars if possible because it's absolutely not ok what the salesman Nathan did. I literally called him, asked about 2 bunker boards, told him I need them today, got a price, then told him I'd be on my way. Drove 17 miles only for him to tell me "there in a warehouse, not onsite." I told him I informed needed them today and he said he didn't understand. This is so unethical and a sales false promise tactic at best. Then they offered free delivery but not for 4 days! Typical sales tactic and reason why it's hard to trust furniture salesman. Will never buy anything from this store and if you're looking for honest I'd recommend you skip spending money here too! read more

Mor Furniture is one of the best furniture stores I have seen in OC. I first met Robert a sales associate and in management when I first started looking for a living room set. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was just starting to look getting ideas. He would check back with me to see if I had any questions. After going to 6 or 7 furniture stores in 2 days I circled back to Mor Furniture on the 3rd day because I was impressed with the service, variety of furniture and quality. When I went back to ask for Robert, the sales associate Lorenzo had said he had a day off that day. Lorenzo assisted me while I looked a second time and he offered above and beyond service. Lorenzo's knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was 2nd to none. He was polite, attentive to my needs and let me look with out pressure but checked back to see if I had any questions. I was leaving in my car and turned around because I was so impressed with Lorenzo and Mor Furniture. I purchased a beautiful living room set and they delivered it the following week. The great service didn't stop there. Eric and his delivery partner were experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Eric was the best delivery driver I had ever experienced along with Lorenzo the sales associate. I highly recommend Mor Furniture to anybody looking for great selection, quality , help and above and beyond services! I purchased 2 sofas hoping to gain more seating but the 2nd sofa was too massive for the space. Mor Furniture understood when I called and allowed me to reselect to a loveseat instead. Five Stars for Exceptional Service! I stopped by the Brea location without realizing they had already closed about 30 minutes earlier. To my surprise, I was warmly greeted by John Koupal, who went above and beyond to help me--even after hours! He was incredibly professional, kind, and so helpful. I told him what I was looking for, and he even took the time to show me dining sets upstairs. When I asked about the store hours and realized I was keeping him late, he kindly reassured me, saying he was just finishing up paperwork--who does that nowadays? John went the extra mile by sending me pictures of the dining sets I liked and followed up the next day to see if I needed more help (I was still indecisive!). Thanks to his patience and professionalism, I finally purchased my dining set today--and the whole process was effortless.
