They use to be where the New Barnes and Nobles bookstore is and next to the once carters Baby/kids clothing store. I met Roland 1st at the Taste of Yorba Linda 2 years back. He had a booth there promoting his business with a spin a wheel for merchandise swag he was giving away. Mee and a girlfriend was the lucky winner to score a travel pillow. Fast forward to now, my son took that travel pillow for himself so I'd like one for my traveling . Stopped into the new current location to purchase a few more travel pillows. The showroom has a really pleasant fresh aroma scent. Very welcoming along it was huge spacious and clean. So many different type of mattress for your needs. Love the modern headboard too they sell. Feeling the mattress you can tell it's good quality and it'll be a great investment for the long haul to get a good nights sleep you use daily'. Associate Josh was really nice and answered all of my questions. This business has been open since 1984, family owed and passionate about their mattresses they offer. I'm currently not looking for any mattresses at this moment but since i love the customer service and information i received. Update. Was able to pay off my balance without the interest charge, which was unexpected timing to pay off a big amount. In my life, I have never experienced such dishonesty from an employee regarding other people's money matters. This is the worst of the worst! Did they earn points and $$ for my opening a credit card? $8200 interest is no joking matter. It's like interest added for a 30 year payment plan. I bought my King size adjustable mattress with a unifying topper from this location and I'm so happy with it that I had to share my experience on Yelp. First of all when I arrived I didn't feel any type of sales pressure from anyone. Roland, Chris, and Melissa were very nice and not at all pushy. Their mattresses seem so much better than other companies that I looked at and because it's a local company and the sales people were genuine and not at all pushy I decided to make the big purchase on the spot! I got a mid range mattress and the middle range adjustable bed without anyone trying to get me to spend more. The delivery was awesome! I was worried about the adjustable bed fitting into my existing bed frame but the delivery guys were able to get it to fit and it looks great! The delivery guys set up everything and took away my old mattress. I've slept on the mattress a couple of nights so far and it is such a great night sleep! My husband likes his mattress firm but I went with a more plush unifying topper which is perfect! The bed is so awesome! I love sitting up to watch tv and going to zero gravity to sleep. I don't think you can go wrong with the mattress or the sales people! I really felt like the team there really just wanted me to get the mattress that would best fit what I was looking for. Michael Romo is the best! He spent the time needed to resolve a creaking noise in my adjustable bed. He disassembled the bed, lubricated, connection, points, etc. he encouraged me to contact him again if the creaking noise returns in the adjustable part of the bed. Michael is very professional and friendly. He also called to set up the appointment within half an hour of me initially contacting Custom Comfort and arrived exactly on time. Great company! We purchased an adjustable bed from this store years ago. When one side got stuck in the upright position, Chris came out to help and made it flat for us. I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted and left with a complete knowledge and understanding of mattresses that I didn't know before. Melissa was so incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did she educate us on how mattresses were made, and the difference between Sealy, Beautyrest, and other mattresses versus their mattresses (that are made for you as soon as you put in your order) but I did not know the other mattresses are made with chemicals in the foam and other areas. We are very excited to receive our mattress next week. I received a text message to not only track the delivery, but was able to schedule it with ease online. They will pick up the old mattress and set up the new one which is included. You would think that a mattress made for you would be more expensive, but I actually found it cost-effective and very comparable to even Costco. Knowing what I'm going to sleep on, how it was made, and that it wasn't sitting around in a warehouse somewhere for months wrapped in plastic... I have a feeling I will be sleeping very well! Since CC is a local family owned business, I had high hopes of finding a good fit there instead of big chain stores. Upon entry Roland, instead of trying to understand my needs, kept insisting on telling me what I needed. He felt his "30 year experience" and his "working with physicians and chiropractors" (which he repeatedly mentioned, multiple times) made him an expert. He clearly felt he knew my needs and my body better than I did, and better than my physicians too! I was shown one mattress that met my needs for a firm mattress (it looked more like a box-spring than a mattress). Then Roland proceeded to try to elevate my legs while I was laying on my side without warning, which would have hurt my back terribly if I hadn't stopped him and insisted for him to put down the bed remote.
