I just wanted to give a big "shout out" to Michael, Darl and Martel. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming. You hear horror stories about the product; the store you purchase it from and/or the sales or delivery people. So, I was not thrilled about having to purchase a new mattress. I did my research and knew what I could afford. I had visited other stores in my area. One I walked out of because, I guess, if you are not buying the "high end" item, you are not worth their time. After several months, I just stopped by Mattress Firm located on Southlake Parkway. A gentleman by the name of Michael Beck greeted me. He was very knowledgeable. He understood exactly what I wanted and the budget I had to adhere too. He managed to get me a GREAT deal - saved me over $200.00 and it was a much better mattress than I thought I could afford. He explained the warranties and return policies. After the purchasing was over, he even walked me to the door, thanked me, and wished me a pleasant day. The two gentleman that delivered my mattress, Darl and Martel - were extremely polite and professional. They called me as they were on their way to deliver the mattress. They literally gave me the "red carpet" treatment. Very careful in to not knocking into walls or furniture. They had it delivered; set it up and were on their way within 30 minutes. This is the first time I've commented online for a purchase I've made - Victor Green changed that. Victor was knowledgeable, informative, professional and extremely sincere. He was more interested in ensuring I made the right selection than selling me the most expensive product. He took the time needed to answer all of my questions and made sure I clearly understood the terms of the financing. However, the most impressive part of this experience was when this young man checked with the Clearance Store to see if they had the model I wanted. Instead of purchasing it from his store, he saved me a tremendous amount by referring me to a different store. Who does that! Well, Victor Green did! My sisters will be making mattress purchases in the very near future and I can tell you exactly where they will be shopping - Mattress Firm on Southlake Parkway! Although Victor didn't benefit directly from this sale, he will definitely benefit in the future. I had an AWESOME experience with mattress firm morrow, ga!!!!!!! I was having an extremely difficult time with east point/ camp creek just trying to get a phone call back from the sale rep. 3 time!!!! My contact info was taken and I was told I would be called back in 5-10 mins. That lasted 4 days!! Lol. REALLY!!! I've been to this store many times. Their NOT that busy, if busy at all. Each time he kept rushing me off the phone as if I was a waste of time!!! It was ridiculous!!! I had to contact their area manger. I decide I didn't want to deal with the inconsistencies, aggravation and disrespect at east point by 1 particular rep, so I called the SOUTHLAKE morrow store!!! The very first call I had my problem resolved, with a bonus!!!(PRAISE GOD)!!! Mrs. Joseline was very helpful, professional and handled in 15mins what the Rep. named DJ or (D something)at east point store had no clue of how do in 4 days!!! It was a breath of fresh air! THAT'S RIGHT......MY EXPERIENCE 5 STARS!!! Mike at Mattress Firm in Morrow, Ga. did it for us. We went in with a budget, we were looking for a mattress set for our guest bedroom. Mike asked a couple of questions and before we knew it, he made to two great offers that was right at our budget amount. What was even nicer is we were able to take the set home ourselves and save $85 compared to another store. My husband and I were visiting from Virginia. Our grandchildren needed new beds. Our hotel was near Mattress Firm Morrow so that was our first stop. Mike was very helpful. He showed us all our options, gave us a great deal and walked us through the process of purchase and delivery.
