It happened to be a specialty item. They gave me the name, the model number, and three places to call first where I might find it. As it turns out, they were correct on everything. I was so impressed. Many places do not take the time to verify that sort of thing. They just deliver what you order and the rest is up to you. If it turns out to be a mistake then you must haggle with them to take it back, get a refund, and somehow get it back there. Not so with this company! Even though they lost that sale, their service was so great I would go back to them in a flash and recommend them highly to everyone in the future.

It's is two years later I bought the mattress topper, and it rides down the bed every day breaking my back, to pull it up. I do not recommend this bed and I do not recommend the store and I do not recommend Doug. I went in the store wanting a Stearns and foster but didn't want to spend $4000. I ended up with this Tempur-pedic which cost me $6000 and 350 for the topper do yourself a favor don't go in mattress experts. They are experts at taking your money not giving you what you want.

The huge store was filled with attractive beds & bedding. Kelly was very helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted and is able to get it delivered tomorrow. She took our credit card printed up the receipt and we were out in 15 minutes. White glove delivery, set up & take away are provided for an additional $79. We had a window between noon and 2 o'clock, the delivery came 20 minutes early. The two delivery men were in and out in less than five minutes. They set up the bed perfectly, would need efficient and took all the garbage away with them. City mattress wasn't the cheapest, but they did an excellent job. It truly was an easy, fast & professional purchasing delivering and installing two new boxsprings on a king size bed.

I found out about their (BedInABox) products on the sleeplikethedead website. They had better reviews than Tempurpedic and the best reviews overall. Their memory foam beds even though higher rated are half the price as Tempurpedic. I initially chose this store because there was no other option to see the BedInABox products in person. I wasn't about to buy a bed without laying on it. I actually drove 3 hours but I am really glad I did. The store was smaller than I expected, but the products were great and luckily I found the perfect bed. My wife was hesitant about driving so far, but now she is glad too. So far I love the bed, but time will tell. As for the store itself, we received excellent service and i highly recommend going to the store rather than risking picking a bed out randomly from their website. I can be a pain in the butt sometimes and the owner took care of all of my questions and kept in constant contact. He was quick to respond to all of my emails. You seriously can't be the price for a memory foam bed either and more comfortable than all the beds I've tried, but beds are individual taste of course. They also had some latex beds which was another reason i drove a long way to see them because there weren't any dealers around Orlando that I could find (other than Ocala). They weren't my thing, but my wife liked them. If you want memory foam or latex I would say they are worth the trip. The selection isn't huge, but worth your time for sure. We paid about half of what we would have for a comparable bed (as I said before). The bed showed up in 2 days... literally in a box. It's pretty amazing how it expands after opening. The warranty is excellent as well and they have a great return policy.

They walked us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured, which we really appreciated. They also offered a great deal on the mattress and accessories, including contour pillows. He not only helped with the different mattresses there but also many competitors and was able to speak frankly about them all based on his opinion and the opinions/facts of many customers. Even after finding the right set of mattress and base he was extremely helpful in getting the set to the price I was very comfortable with.
