Sure, you could buy a great mattress online and receive it in two days, and cheaper than this place. But again, you want to buy local. The store itself is fine although the mattresses are not exactly the same as you would find at other places. They have the name brands, but they are a few hundred more dollars more expensive. Again, you want to support local. Great. Here is where it goes wrong. Bought a queen mattress and box spring here and was told it would take about four weeks (Again, online everything would come in 2 days). It would then take a week to arrive after they get it. When it is all finally scheduled and they come to the house, they can't get the box spring up the stairs. So, we change the order and pay a few extra hundred dollars for a split queen box spring. Well guess what - they ordered ONE of the two split queen box springs. Apart from them being an idiot, they are just like OH WELL! "Men, am I right?" That is literally what these two women on the phone said. Its not men, you are just a terrible business. They said it would take 1-2 weeks for the other box spring to come in. We got a call it was in (June 21) but guess what.... they can't deliver it until JULY 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just dead at this point. It will have been over 2 months since this thing was ordered. I do not blame them that they couldn't get the box spring up the stairs, but it was THEIR ERROR that only ordered a SINGLE SPLIT BOX SPRING and then will take weeks to bring it over. She showed me the quality item that she generally recommends for inner spring mattresses and worked within my budget to get me a satisfactory price which included delivery and takeaway of my old box spring. Karen was polite, low pressure, and very knowledgeable. We spent a few minutes also discussing mattresses and it was obvious that she knew her product lines. I Highly recommend the business. Will definitely return when I need another mattress.

They dropped off the items and removed my old mattress and box spring. As I remove the plastic from the box spring, I notice some damage. Granted, it is not structural damage; however, it is damaged nonetheless. I call the store. They want photos of the damage emailed to them. I did so while still on the phone with them. If they are to replace it, the earliest I can get a replacement is Tuesday. The employee said it is just cosmetic damage. Who cares!?!? If I buy a new car and it runs perfectly, but the front bumper is dented, does that mean I should be just as satisfied with my purchase? No! C'mon man! Steve immediately greeted us and let us try out some beds. He asked good questions to determine what kind of mattress we were seeking and he listened and was thoughtful in suggesting a few to try. He got us some great discounts, too. We were able to get a twin foam mattress, a box spring and mattress protector for under $400. The mattress actually came in a box that fit in the front seat of our car. That was wild! The box spring fit in our SUV and Steve carried it out, helped twine/bungie, and then sent us on our way. We did decide the box spring is too tall so I'm communicating with Mattress Warehouse for an exchange, but so far that has been decent too. We will definitely buy our future mattresses from this place and hopefully directly from Steve.

I am the daughter and heard the whole conversation on the phone. The last statement made to my father was fu$^ you we will return your money. New date and paid an extra fee for them to take the old bed away. Finally, the bed was delivered in June 2023. Wrong box spring but the mattress was correct. They would not take the old bed. No credit was given. Called the store and was told to wait 30 days. 3RD time to deliver the bed and it was still wrong. Refused delivery. This time grandson went into the store to get the correct box spring. Paid the fee for delivery. Box spring delivered in Aug 2023. I always thought the customer was right.
