Fast and friendly service from Caesar, who admittedly did not have to a lot of selling as I knew what I wanted as soon as I saw that they sold 'Purple' from the parking lot. He did however find us the best deal. Which was a previous shop floor model. Unlike the other reviewer I could not tell that it was a shop model once it had been delivered and installed. It actually had a new smell to it. Yes I'm a guy who smells mattresses and such like:) 50% savings on something that I knew I wanted. Deal! Went there obviously looking for a new mattress. We met Joe the salesman in the store. First off joe was awesome. Took the time to understand our needs. Most important did not try to sell me on the most expensive mattress in the store. Worked with us on the delivery and to find the best possible price while explaining all the details. Chris Pagnac the store manager was so informative and helpful. I learned more about mattress and how I sleep in 15 minute!!! wish I knew all of that before I bought a very uncomfortable bed the competitor sold me. Chris didn't push a new bed on me, he gave me a lot to think about and it takes about an hour to find the right bed and pillows. I never knew, when you buy the mattress you buy the pillows with it. This was my husband and I's first mattress purchase. We walked in and saw the sea of mattresses and was sure I was going to be overwhelmed. We had a great experience. Our salesman was Tony DiChiara at the north Frederick, MD store. He was very helpful, informative and patient with us as we tried out several mattresses. There was no sales pressure, just good advice and help in getting us the best price for the two split king mattresses and base. Delivery was on time and quick. I needed to get brackets to attach a headboard and Tony got them to me same day. Also needed another leg extender and again, Tony had that to me within an hour. We appreciate Mattress Firm's 120 day return policy as it will take a few weeks to decide if we chose the right mattresses - so far so good! I am prompted to write this review as an awareness for others. I ordered a mattress from this store less than a month ago. I am not very well versed in the selection and purchase of mattresses so I trusted my sales guy to sell me something good and within my budget. To my dismay, I was delivered a dirty and stained mattress that was scantily wrapped in torn plastic. It was so bad that the delivery guys felt the need to make me aware of the condition of this mattress prior to unloading it off the truck; they showed me all the stains. I was extremely upset because I did not shell out nearly $700 to be sent a dirty mattress!!! Upon further review of my receipt, it appeared I had been sold a floor model and that was not disclosed to me by the sales guy. Not to mention the fact that floor models don't come with a warranty. However, my sales guy told me the mattress he was selling me has a 10year manufacturer warranty, but this was a lie because he sold me a a floor model without telling me! I refused the delivery and opted for a full refund. Please beware since critical information is omitted by sales people at this store! read more

We needed a new mattress desperately We saw the Purple Mattress sign on their wIndow and went in. Within 30 minutes or so we sampled all of the mattresses Purple made, discussed in depth with the gentleman on duty that night and made our purchase. He was very helpful, not pushy and just an all around nice guy. The mattress was delivered within 48 hours by two very fast and efficient gentlemen. They took the old mattress with them and we gone within 15 minutes. Couldn't be more happy with the entire process. Will do business there again in a heart beat!! read more

Bought a daybed and needed it in a hurry. They had many on line to select from and many choices of mattresses. Opal was our sales rep and she was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. Got a great seal, free delivery and set up. They even hauled away the old. The delivery guys were great as well. We had our bed the next day delivered and done.
