We had gotten rid of some very old furniture and were looking for a couch. We saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace from them and noticed a couch that we liked. My wife reached out to the owner's son and we decided to visit their showroom. We parked in their parking lot and went in. We were pleased to see a clean showroom with nice selection of quality furniture displayed. The owner came over and we told him what we were looking for; he showed us a several loveseat and couch sets and urged us to browse and try them out. After a little while, we found a smart-looking comfortable black leather recliner couch and loveseat set that we really liked. He gave us a great price and three days later, right at the promised time, their truck pulled-up and our furniture was delivered with the owner, his son, and an associate setting up our new furniture, even moving around some of our furniture to save me some time and sweat. Small family business need customers, especially during and after COVID. If you need furniture give these fine folks a call. He'll act like he's not familiar with the delivery guy and delivery charges, charging a low price for delivery then raising it later on. Turns out the guy is his son; it's a scam.

Unfortunately, less than a year later, all pieces were already pilling and fraying, which is unacceptable for furniture at this price point. The furniture looks like it's a decade old. One recliner's motor stopped working. In July 2025, a technician came out to inspect the chair and said a replacement motor needed to be ordered. When he returned in August, he arrived with the wrong motor and, rather than ordering the correct part, told us he would "make it fit" and forced it into the recliner. That repair failed. My mother reached out again in November, and another service appointment was scheduled, but the technician did not come out until over a month later, in December. At that visit, the technician explained that forcing the incorrect motor had stretched the wiring and caused the wires to pull out. He took photos and advised that if the recliner had not been unplugged, it could have caused a fire. He himself was shocked that another tech would have done this, knowing the risk it posed. On January 8th, my mom received an email stating that the correct motor part was still unavailable. As a result, this recliner has now been broken for months, despite being fully paid for and covered under warranty. We've submitted multiple service requests and emails documenting these issues, and nothing has actually been addressed yet. There were times we had to put in 3 or more requests before even getting a reply at all. For comparison, we own a chair from Bob's that is 10 years old and remains in far better condition than this set. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of the furniture and the lack of follow-through on warranty service. Given the repeated delays, failed repairs, and documented safety concerns, I am hoping someone from Raymour & Flanigan customer care or management will reach out to review my mom's case and provide a prompt resolution.

Everything was quick and easy. The mattress came a few days later, and when I put it on the bedframe, it was too small. For some crazy reason the Greenwood does not run standard size. 75X 44, in reality it runs 74X 43.5 doesn't seem like a big difference but that 1 inch & half inch around the perimeter makes a huge gap difference. Normally any returns you have to wait X amount of days as well as pay a restocking fee and delivery charge, but given my specific issue, the mattress copy was wrong on the website versus the reality of the mattress. The store owned up to the problem and took care of everything free of charge as they should've. I swapped out for a different mattress and they honored the same discounts that were applied to the original one. The sales reps name was Ryan and he was very understanding and helpful through the whole process.

She bought the mattress recently. It's still within the return window. I went to see the mattress, which hasn't been used, and it's way too soft. I told my mom to try to return it because it's too soft. My mom called the store, and they told her this is their firmest mattress. I said that the pillow top makes it too soft, and they say it's not a pillow top. Maybe they call it by another name, but it's basically a pillow top for all practical purposes, and sleeping on it would hurt my back. The mattress was almost $1,600 and has not been used and is within the return window, but if my mom returns it, she will lose $200 plus 20 percent, which is a lot. What a waste of money. This is why I always buy mattresses at Costco. They are more comfortable and are always refundable, no questions asked. This is a shame.

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not.
