Not very good. Set up and delivery was incompetent and rude. They put my bed together wrong,…read moresupplied the wrong parts, and tried to get my 25 year old son to sign off on a couch THEIR delivery people cut with a box cutter. They tried to rush him in checking over three rooms of furniture. I told them that WASN'T happening! Their furniture off gas is toxic. I just bought $15k of furniture for my new home. Their repair man did nothing about it and lied to me about replacement. My bedroom set has drawers that won't close properly and sit flush. Only ONE item is being replaced today when it should be three! Also, the headboard is wobbly and I'm being told it's because I have an adjustable bed. Of course the salesmen told me nothing about that. Next time, I'm going back to Ashley, and I will get this rectified even if legally. I bought a service plan only to be denied replacement for something that's their fault as well as the manufacture's. This was bought online and at their Freehold, NJ store. I'm still waiting on a refund I was promised for one table.

PRODUCTS: Mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows. MY PURCHASE: Sleep Innovations Contour Memory Foam Pillow - I first purchased this on a whim from our local Costco a few years ago. For me, the contour of the pillow gave my neck and head the ultimate support they needed for a great night's rest, especially when sleeping on my side, thus putting all other pillows to shame. There's no need to fluff it up because it always keeps its shape. The pillow has a washable zippered cover, but I double-up my pillow cases so it stays very clean. Fast forward a few years and I was wanting another one. Naturally, Costco no longer carried it, but good 'ol Amazon did for a mere $16.60. They now make a version with a self-cooling feature, but I love a warm pillow so I stuck with the original version. OVERALL: Best. Buy. Ever. The only downfall is that you'll suffer without it when traveling!

Lucky me to have found out the hard way so here I am saving you the trouble of dealing with them if you're a brand new start up company who's interested in a supplier. I emailed to see if they offered free samples prior to me signing on the dotted line. Any business owner would need to inspect the quality of their suppliers foam prior to establishing an account. The quality of what they give you AND the quantity of samples would naturally aid you to decide if these people are reliable for your business. I got my answer very quickly from Chris Roe who works for the retail team. Mentions he doesn't work for the commercial team and ignores all my questions regarding samples. Hits me quickly with a few qualifying questions such as who do I represent, my business name and address. After I answered HIS questions and STILL no answers regarding any samples, he asks what is my annual number of mattresses I plan to sell. Apparently my answer regarding units didn't even qualify me to receive another response. That low huh? Felt I was getting brushed off so I contacted him a week later and made myself pretty blunt after a few attempts which were all ignored. First, I didn't appreciate him completely ignoring my inquiries about samples and 2nd, he had the nerve to pre qualify me instead! He had absolutely no interest in my inquiries regarding foam samples and simply wanted to confirm if I was big or small fish. I stated in my final email that it's not recommended to brush business owners off so a good review could be left for you instead. Well that apparently did the trick and he replied by saying he was waiting for a response from his commercial team. If the commercial team is in charge, why aren't they dealing with me instead when I emailed your website's contact page? You're telling me that they're in charge of samples? Chris tells me I'll get a reply shortly. Well here's my reply that he later provided. "Thanks for your interests. At this time we will not be able to consider this opportunity." Lol seriously? Instead of me deciding whether you're an opportunity, you went ahead along with your team and already decided I wasn't worth your time? Ladies and gentlemen, how's that treatment from your friendly foam provider? All that time, effort and emails for a brush off. Never once did they cared for my inquiries and only thing that mattered was whether I was shelling out big bucks. Once they identified me as small fish, SEE YA! How professional of Innocor. Oh well, not everyone in life will open doors for you. Some just slams them in your face. Thanks! I wonder how many other businesses they done this to? Completely ignores my inquiries and pre qualified me on the spot. Once he and his "commercial team" got what they needed, "BYE FELISHA!" If anyone is looking to sell mattress goods or foams, stay away from Innocor unless you want to relive my ordeal for yourself. All they mostly have is memory and gel foam. We all know it sleeps hot anyways and adding gel inside doesn't do squat. Gel memory foam that claims to eliminate heat is bogus. It simply distributes the heat evenly throughout the mattress so you won't burn up entirely. Will it eliminate the heat at all or permanently? NO! My god it was like pulling teeth here dealing with Innocor. Now I return the favor of pre qualifying you instead. You treat clients a certain way without any regard so here's me fulfilling my promise. Can't say I didn't warn you. I'll take my business elsewhere like you recommended and you can take this review as I recommended. Good luck.

Service in the freehold is lacking , manager and staff are unhelpful and act disinterested. Never once offer Options on different styles on pieces. Perhaps my wife and I are young and don't fit their demographic. We Left the store with a $18k bill under 20 mins . 4 weeks no word / phone call or email from freehold on delivery date or update. We decided to go to the Hackensack location ... excellent ! , would recommend 1000% over the freehold location! We went in to ask a question and ended up with tons of options and information that we made an additional purchase of 16k. And changed my original purchase with different fabric , color etc

I am not looking for sympathy but I was paying my bill religiously and forgot when the promotion was over to pay off the furniture. I called to explain and got the call person and her manager basically telling me nothing we can do and it doubled my bill? there attitude towards me almost made me feel like I was not worthy of there time. I will pay off the bill but will not return to that store nor give that store any recommendations ( as I have done many times ) ever again. Its a shame we knew everybody by name as they knew us. Some people i guess do not make mistakes Furious, glad store was not open that couldn't go there personally probably good thing ALL BE WELL
