I ordered a good mattress from this company. They were to deliver the next day but called at noon to say it was out of stock and would not be coming. I ordered another mattress that was in stock, to be delivered in 3 days. When it didn't arrive as scheduled, I called and was told I was not home when they arrived (I had waited at home all day). What good is a purchase if you can't get the product? They are definitely off my list for any future business. read more

I walked in requiring a bouncy mattress and next-day delivery, and in spite of my poor taste and haste, mattress firm literally delivered. The salespeople were friendly and dragged out mattress after mattress for me to test Key and Peele style, and asked no questions about my clearly-bizarre lifestyle choices. The delivery people were cool, too. Dude had the sickest face tattoos I've ever seen and drove up my terrible 1/4 mile driveway. 10/10 would recommend. read more

STAY AWAY! No wonder they keep changing their name! they keep changing the rules. Dont think you can return a mattress and get your money back, they make you haul it all the way down to Sumner or pay $75 to return it. Now, they are adding on top of that headache, a 10% restocking fee. They dont cover any of this when they are selling you an overpriced mattress and talk about easy returns. Buying a mattress has never been easier! I hate having to buy mattresses because you always feel pressured by the sales person. Eve was AMAZING! She was kind, courteous, offered great suggestions. I was about to purchase a mattress online on overstock.com - my husband and I came to this area to eat and when I saw the Sleep Train I figured it wouldn't hurt to go check it out briefly before purchasing a mattress online. We were promptly helped by Patrick Barttels. He made the process so fun and light, he didn't come off like your typical salesman and I absolutely loved that. I ended up buying a Hampton and Rhodes mattress, I was very impressed because it's chemical free and was a very low price. I wanted chemical free but thought that they were all super pricey and as this is a temporary mattress I wasn't going to splurge. So all in all I am absolutely thrilled and I want to refer others to go and get their mattresses from Patrick Barttels. He made the whole experience what it was. read more

We went during a sale and Ron was really nice and helpful. We purchased a mattress and 2 bases(king bed) for a large amount of money with the option(as verbally stated) to return within 120 days if not satisfied. Instead of next day delivery, we had to wait 7 days due to a mix up in delivery and needed to use their small truck so less routes. Had to take more time off to stay home again. Bases came 1 month later after being told they would be a few days behind. We liked the mattress, but the bases were just not working for us so I called to return them within the 120 days. Bases are not returnable. If I had read the small print I would have seen this, but trusted Jeff and Ron on their word, which was not true. We also utilized their no interest financing option. They did not make it clear that it was a credit card. When I called to talk to Jeff(the manager) about this, his response was, "Oh, sorry". Not good service at all. Very disappointed. They should have been more upfront and at the very least, honest. read more

Very easy process; I was in and out after making my purchase within 15m, and that was plenty of time to enjoy a nice conversation with the gentleman who helped me, Ron (he was great, especially when he heard that I needed to acquire a new bed on the quick to accommodate guests from out of town after a death in the family). I don't ever really write reviews but I had such a great experience with the salesman Karl that I had to share it. He was such a nice man and helped us pick out the mattress that was best for us. There was no pressure to buy, he just simply informed us on all the options and had us try out several beds and pillows. He was funny and after we made our purchase we both left talking about how nice he was. Two days ago I went in with my son to purchase him a new mattress and again, the service and selection was fantastic. He called me today to confirm the time of our delivery, the two gentlemen who delivered it were very nice and helpful and no sooner had the delivery men left, Geoff called to confirm it was delivered to our satisfaction.
