Aleko is a large importer from China. You can pick up items there rather than ship to your home…read more They sell through multiple channels and have multiple shippers. I found them on Craigslist under event tents. They bring in a few hundred containers a year. They are a specialized importer and much of their business is wholesale. You can buy retail at an amazing price. I'm a big fan of buying through wholesale and professional suppliers - go direct for the best! Their website shows their specialties. Now that is saunas, metal fences and gates, and event tents. They also have short cycle products - they were at the end of selling inflatable rubber rafts. They were clearing them out after removing them from their website. They often have a selection of random items like parquet panels, stuffed toys, and plastic fruit at the import price. You can track their sales and special items on their website. They have the famous metal frame poly-vinyl carport cheaper than Costco. I verified by voice phone they had stock, visited, paid, and left with the item. They did a stellar job on post purchase support. They have a telephone and Internet inside sales group. They will load the items in your vehicle. Just waiting at the counter you can see and hear how fast the call center works and observe their customer focus. I would recommend Aleko for the products they have that you need.

Just found out the reason nothing has worked right. Was trying to buy another circuit board hoping that would fix the problem. A token gate opener is 200 and change this was 1000.00 plus and the gates for over 4k total. Im FURIOUS AT THE RIP OFF. HAD TO KEEP A BUNGEE CORD ON THE GATE TO KEEP THEM CLOSED.

Went into store as soon as they opened on 3/22/2026. Waited 20 mins for the single person there,…read moreChad, to finish with a customer that got in before us. Wife and I had a series of questions and were being shown different options when another customer came in, who Chad left for and spent 30 mins with. Came back, apologetic, as that customer had come in to discuss her delivery. Ended up spending 1.5 hours in store because there was only 1 person working. We decided on our furniture, a full $7400+ set, chosen specifically because we were told all of the items were in their local warehouses and would be delivered that week, prior to an event we had scheduled at our home on 3/28. I received a call on Tuesday 3/22 by Brittany, the delivery coordinator, who told me that we would not get our furniture until Tuesday, 3/31. I expressed my frustration that we were promised delivery that week, and that what they were doing was a bait-and-switch, overpromising and underdelivering. I told her Chad had made this promise to us, to which she replied that she may be able to use a 3rd party delivery service that handed overflow for them during the busy months, and that she would get back to me. She never did. After my call with Brittany, I called Chad directly at the store, who apologized "for the misunderstanding". ultimately admitting that he made a promise that he couldn't keep. He said that he would get with Brittany to see what could be done, but if nothing actually could be done to get the furniture to us before our event on the 3/28, he would "guarantee that he would make sure that we were taken care of for the trouble". Furniture arrived on 3/31, after I had to call the store and ask what the status was. Additionally, there was nothing included nor followed up on by Chad or Rich's on Chad's second promise of "taking care of us". All-in-all, a terrible first impression and experience. The furniture itself, while well-made, is overpriced for what it is. We were willing to pay those costs due to the promises made. Instead, they took our money and ruined our event by not following through. This will be the last time we ever order from Rich's.

We spent $19.5k in this store. Here is what that bought us…read more We walked into an empty showroom on a Saturday evening. We stood there for at least eleven minutes before anyone said a word to us. No other customers. Nobody at the door, nobody on the floor, nobody interested in our business. When we finally got someone's attention, my wife asked whether she could set a hot dish straight out of the oven onto the table we were looking at. The salesperson laughed at her. Then she answered, briefly, that she didn't know in a tone that made clear she considered the question beneath the effort. That set the tone for the rest of the visit, which carried a distinct can you wrap this up quality, from two women standing in a store with no other customers in it. We bought anyway. That was our mistake. By the next morning we had looked harder at what we'd done. One item in our order was listed elsewhere for $1,100 less than we were charged. A 3% credit card surcharge, roughly $567, had been added on top. On their own, neither would have bothered us THAT much. Combined with how we had been treated, they were enough. We cancelled the order. It was less than 24 hours later, and their invoice stated we had 3 days to cancel, obviously nothing had been delivered. Nothing had even left their warehouse. We wanted the charge reversed, and that was all. It took two days, 5 emails, 2 phone calls, and over one hour round trip back to the store, because they insisted a refund could not be processed unless I stood in front of them holding the physical credit card. That is not a card network requirement. Refunds process against the original transaction record. I offered four alternatives: a photo of the card with my driver's license, a signed refund authorization, a video call, and a three way call with American Express so they could verify me as the cardholder directly. All four were declined with no explanation other than "our preference still remains that you come into the store with the same credit card that the purchase was made with", and just to add more detail here, I didn't even use a physical credit card. I tapped to pay with my phone. Nobody would name their payment processor or the specific rule they were citing. The only acceptable option was for me to get back in my car. So, I live in the real world and know being right doesn't mean it's going to happen so I drove down there again and we got the money back. Here is what I keep returning to though. Across three days, nobody at this business made a single attempt to keep a 19.5 thousand dollar customer. No price adjustment. No waived fee. No manager who thought it merited a call. The one apology we received came over the phone, attached to another demand. Every bit of energy this business spent on us went into making it harder to leave. If this is how they handle a $19.5k sale, ask yourself how they will handle a $900 one, or what happens the day your delivery arrives damaged.

It all feels a little pretentious and overpriced but there is a definite segment of the market here in Seattle where yuppies want to spend crazy money for furniture that has this sense of aesthetic to it. The staff is always polite and we've been here multiple times so there's nothing really that they've done that I can knock them down for it's just not the place where I would buy furniture. I have years of experience in woodworking craftsmanship and so a friend of mine asked me to go with her to look at furniture and it's for her and she seems to like Dania.

I was told that the end tables would probably be available in six weeks. When I called after six weeks, they told me it would probably be August before they came. On June 2, I got a call that my end tables were available for pickup. Went to pick them up and they were not there. I got a call on June 4 to tell me that the call on the 2nd was for the coffee table that has already been in my front room for months and is definitely NOT now available for pickup. Still no end tables. I recommend that if what you want is not in stock, don't buy it there and search for another source. In addition, everyone there must be on commission because if they are not the person collecting the commission, they are not going to help.
