Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

DO NOT BUY!! On August 1st 2025 I bought a couch for $2,091.75. The only caveat was the "end" of…read morethe couch was on back order, but it should arrive by October. I said I can live without an armrest for two months, that's fine. At no point in time did the sales person or person scheduling a delivery correct me to let me know by "end" they meant an entire 1/3 of the couch that I was paying in full now. October comes and goes, but by November I have a delivery date for the final 1/3 of my couch I, again, paid for in August. I was getting text messages up to every two hours to confirm my delivery time and even a phone call two days before the Saturday it was to be delivered. On November 21st they called once again to tell me the couch was not there and I would need to get a refund for the whole thing. I called a second man the following Monday who said they would pick it up, refund the delivery charges and that would be that. Today I call to inquire about the refund, but instead am told to call an 877 number. They've filed chapter 11 on November 22, and now I will need to process through an entirely different system to get my money back. At no point in time were they honest in the sale or return of the couch that I no longer have but they certainly still have my money.

The owner of this shop used to work at one of the reputable furniture shops on the same street and he opened his own place. He knows where to buy quality mattresses without all the brand names that hike up the price. He has been doing well and recently expanded to the space next door so he can sell more furniture. The store is super simple- nothing fancy about it, no paint, no decorations, nothing. And I'll take that any day if that means I pay less for a great mattress. I paid for delivery with a private guy he recommended and they are okay but were running a little late when they brought my mattress over.

Steve immediately greeted us and let us try out some beds. He asked good questions to determine what kind of mattress we were seeking and he listened and was thoughtful in suggesting a few to try. He got us some great discounts, too. We were able to get a twin foam mattress, a box spring and mattress protector for under $400. The mattress actually came in a box that fit in the front seat of our car. That was wild! The box spring fit in our SUV and Steve carried it out, helped twine/bungie, and then sent us on our way. We did decide the box spring is too tall so I'm communicating with Mattress Warehouse for an exchange, but so far that has been decent too. We will definitely buy our future mattresses from this place and hopefully directly from Steve.

In trying to call them back, I did have some difficulty getting through to a representative as the store was not yet open. Finally after rushing home, I found the delivery men had waited. They were extremely helpful and carried the mattress up all the way to the third floor! Unfortunately the box spring did not fit up the narrow staircase so I declined delivery. I called up Mike and he was able to offer me a split box spring which I could pick up that same day. He even offered to drive it to me on his truck. I ended up going back to the store and we tied it to the roof of my car. No extra charge for the change up! I will recommend this mattress firm to anyone and everyone I know buying a mattress. We were looking for a new bed for my mom and this was our first & only stop. First, we were promptly greeted by Sam who was a patient and knowledgeable salesman. We told him what we were looking for in a bed & he showed us a few different bases and then took us over to the diagnostic mattress and computer that evaluates the best mattress for each person based on the answers you enter to the questions about your sleeping habits and your health issues that could affect your sleep. Then Sam had already put a pillow down and paper cover over the bed and mom laid down while the computer was performing diagnostic and after a few min we had a paper listing several mattresses. We started with the first 3 listed, each time mom was able to test them all & each time Sam explained the details for each bed and the difference between each of the other two we were considering. Mom picked out her bed and then Sam answered all our questions and offered to have it delivered on Tuesday (3days after purchase). The people from the company will come in and set up the entire bed and make sure everything is working properly. I have to say I highly recommend this store. It's clean and Sam was great, very pleasant to deal with. We were blessed to not have to drive all over the area checking out the mattress stores. Thanks Sam! I ordered a king mattress, box spring, frame, pillow and mattress protector. Grand total $2500. 0% financing for 2 years and had everything delivered asap (my first day off). Day of delivery they called me to let me know my 3 hour delivery window 3-6 and arrived around 3:40. Awesome. This is gonna go smooth. Wrong. Things quickly went down hill from here. So the delivery guy tells me that we have a problem. The warehouse where the products are shipped from loaded and labeled the wrong frame. I got the big boy top of the line frame, they packaged the mid range frame however labeled it as the big boy. The delivery crew tells me it'll work for the bed but they don't know if they can leave it and I need to talk to the warehouse supervisor. I don't fault the delivery guys. They just drive the truck and unload and set up the stuff. They got it in and set up quick too!! They also get a 5/5. So the warehouse sup calls me and tells me I have 2 options. We can leave my $2500 bed on the floor until the frame arrives or they can take the whole bed back and deliver it when it's complete. My old bed is already loaded in the truck. The warehouse supervisor then proceeds to lie to me and tell me there isn't a frame on the truck that will work. 0/5 for that guy, I shoulda got a name. I call him out on this lie, a suitable temp frame magically appears from the bed fairy with my name on the box and my new bed is then set up on the temporary frame until the one I ordered can be delivered. I sign off on the delivery as incomplete, call the store and talk to Patricia and she sets me up with a new delivery for my frame. Patricia calls me a few days later; very apologetic might I add, to advise that my frame is out of stock. It happens I get it. It's a popular item. She asks if I can deal with the temp until they're back in stock and she'll call me when they come in. No problem. 5/5 for the honesty. She calls back and leaves a voicemail (I work night shift, and remember this for later it is important). She says the frame is finally in and she can have it to me in 2 days. I get the voicemail after hours and realize I work that day so I call the next day and speak to David, Patricia is off. I think his name was David but if not we'll just go with it from here on out. This freaking guy... So I tell him I can't do the Thursday delivery, can we shoot for Friday afternoon? I work night shift. He says sure. We hang up. I go grocery shopping. Middle of the grocery store he calls back. I can't find your order. Well.... I found it but it says it's complete. I say no. Explain the frame situation. He assures me there's nothing in the system. I say ok. But if they come knocking when I'm trying to sleep for work we're gonna have a problem. I'll talk to Patricia when she's back and hang up. Sorry David if you're reading this I was kinda a dick but was pretty fed up with everything. A few hours go by and David calls me back. I got you a delivery for Friday. I say ok, make it for the afternoon (cuz you know night work and all). He says ok. Bring us to Friday. 10 days from initially ordering the bed. 6:38 AM delivery crew number 2 is ringing my phone. Didn't call with a delivery window, I'm told David set the delivery time as 7a-10a. I'm 20 minutes away just got off work. (Did I mention I work night work yet?) And I'm pretty livid that my girlfriend is there alone to sign for the new frame with some strange men in the house. All goes well though, new frame is in and set up by the time I can make it home. I've been offered 0 compensation for this whole ordeal. My experience with Patricia in the store was fantastic. But everything out of her control; warehouse, the 2nd delivery, her well deserved days off and David covering for her, were all very disappointing. And the bed. Amazing. Fits 2 adults, 2 cats and a dog no problem. And this frame is pretty awesome too. I suggest spending the extra $$. But hey I'm going to bed. I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.
