She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own. And on the rare occasion that I ask for adjustments, they are gracious, collaborative, and committed to making sure I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Staging is not just decorating. When I told them I could buy them on line for $2 one of them said, "Hey, we didn't ask you come here to buy those." The sales side is extremely clean and well managed. They always anwser my questions truthfully and offer numerous options for my clients. The plumbing side couldn't be better. The employees enjoy what they do, and take pride in helping with any questions "do it yourself" people need to know. They seem to have a good relationship with their local plumbers as well. Over all this shop is great, and I would recommend you stop by if in need of fixtures or plumbing material.
