As pictured, this company, RonGetItDone Delivery & Moving. Hers what went down: Ron (owner) asked me: how far away do you live. And I replied 46 miles. The website, American Freight, shows $150 & up. Well, the "& up" is the tricky part. That's if you're OVER 50 miles. I live 46 miles from the store. This company, this man, wants to be petty and charge extra because he JUST delivered not far from there, yesterday. Ummm, I'm so sorry, that's not a "me problem", that's a "YOU problem". Do you deliver or do you not? Do you want to get paid, or do you not? THEN, now here's the kicker: his BROTHER calls me, first thing, on delivery day, telling me, it's gonna be a 2 hour ROUND trip, so he's GOT to charge me $180, because that's really far away from the store. I told him again the website says, 150, I can only pay 160. Well, in the end, I dwindled him down to $160. Delivery time was: Next day, which was awesome, leave the store around 11, get loaded, and get on the road by 12, get to me by 1. C'mon, that's 46 miles, 50 min-ish. So, 2:30 rolls around, and I'm like, where is he already?? So, I call him. He says, "Well, this is his brother, and his truck broke down, he hasn't called anyone to tell them he's not coming. BUT, you were told today, so I'm coming alone in my truck. Now, you don't live upstairs, do you?" I said, yes. He was hesitant to respond. He said, well, I left the store 15 min ago, I'm on my way. So, in conclusion, do not use the delivery service they refer! They're rude, they do not communicate well with you, and they sure do not like working cause they find all these excuses not to come out to you., regardless of what the website says. Smh!!

I had seen this desk on Facebook and came out to Jefferson to buy it, they showed me the floor model, let me make sure it was what I wanted, and then prepared a brand new one in box for me to take home. The employees even helped us load it into our van, it was a perfect fit. We had a chance to talk to them a bit and they have a lot of great inventory and deals, with new stock coming in frequently. If something is damaged the price reflects it, and they always note it on the tag. I was impressed with the quality and solid build of the furniture, no plywood particle board here. I am so happy with my new desk and will definitely return in the future for more well-made furniture! They also have bedding, mattresses, and some clothing racks if interested. She answered our questions and was able to order us the mattress we wanted and it was shipped to us free. When the mattress arrived it was not the right size. (RV beds are different than in home beds). We called and were given easy return instructions, with them arranging the pick up and everything. They called with an approximate time and it was so easy. After talking more on the phone and doing a bit of research we found that they do carry RV mattresses with the 9" foam!!!! We are waiting for it to be delivered now. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

A bed without sheets?? And to add insult to injury, when we called the store to cancel the sheets they said they had no control over the sheet order which had been INVOICED already. Their recommendation was to refuse the FedEx delivery when it arrives. WHAT?? Sit home for a week to 10 days waiting for FedEx? On what planet is that OK?? Needless to say we will figure out a way to return the sheets but do not buy sheets from the Athens Mattress Firm store.
