I also used to design and build mattresses a few decades ago, so I know a little bit about mattresses. However, my pump went out and will not inflate the mattress. The pump has leaked since we purchased it as it doesn't seal good, and the hoses have to be in a perfect position for them to not leak under the bed. Now, the pump doesn't work at all. My wife took it in and asked about buying a replacement, and they said the prorated warranty price was almost $600. They told her if we didn't have a warranty, it would be $1,000. That is crazy town price for a $45 pump. I have no problem with them making a little money on a replacement pump; $200-$300 would be reasonable. You can buy replacement pumps on Amazon for other air mattresses for around that price. But at $600, you lost a customer for life and earned yourself a bad review. That's just bad math and bad customer service. Replacement parts should be reasonably priced. Anyway, picked one up on eBay used but working for $150. Thanks Innomax for the help.

First off, they are trained in knowing which mattress is best for you. So utilize their knowledge. Do's- Do ask for free delivery and haul away. Do ask for a few free pillows. You will pay if you do not ask. Do NOT- Purchase their house brand mattress as they are substandard and not good. Bottom line is if you get the mattress home and you aren't happy with your purchase, take full advantage of the free exchange service. I have on more than one occasion. I returned their brand and re purchased a Sealy. Stick with the name brands at this location. Overall, they are on commission, so service is good. All associates are dressed professionally. You feel like this is upscale buying in an upscale place.

They finally delivered it Sunday, but forgot the pillow. They said the pillow was shipped and I would receive it the next day. Two days went by and I asked for a tracking number, but never got one. Fast forward to a full 10 days later, I called and discovered the pillow was never shipped at all. Both the corporate office and the franchised denver location will say nice things to delay you until they can book the revenue. Good news is a credit card chargeback will recover your money. But then you have to figure out how to get rid of a huge, heavy mattress. The mattress is okay (5/10) but the springs and latex layer aren't sized properly. The whole thing doesn't work well and requires constant opening and adjusting.
