Comment was made I shouldn't have put anything on the table. I'm still working to have the table and the hutch repaired since February. I need help the company Sunny design along with Mattress King. Appeared to be a great little spot ... went in,said what I was looking for and they showed me options of what I wanted on a catalog which was a vanity/desk . Paid 215 out the door asked about return policy NO returns Only 1 year warranty... it was okay waited about 5 days for it to be ready for pickup ..., Then once I got home realized it wasn't the color I had ordered asked for white they gave me silver I didn't make a big deal my daughter liked it so I let it go ... realized the brackets started bending eventually I couldn't close the top it was completely bent about 2 1/2 months after purchasing it was unusable so I called to get a replacement or to see what options I had ... dropped it off said I'd get a call back and we did . Special call from the owner accusing us of dropping of a furniture piece that he said wasn't his .... said it was strange that there was no wear and tear and that we should've informed them of the problem as soon as we noticed the damage went on saying " this isn't my furniture ". (SIDE NOTE :I HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY I HAVE THE RIGHT TO INFORM THE OWNER WHEN I CHOOSE TOO AS LONG AS IT IS IN THAT YEARS RANGE). My husband didn't let him get away with the accusations told him we had a year warranty that he needed to honor it asked him if he was running a scam ....I felt completely uncomfortable I was worried about what was going to happen and if this was going to turn into a small claims case....Thankfully I had documented the whole process even the picture that I had selected from their catalog was on my phone. I had the item number which matched the receipt assembly pictures and even the end result of how it was decorated .... Honestly felt they where trying to get away with scamming us for our money. I highly recommend taking business some where else. If u decide to still get something from here Do not loose your receipt,document item numbers, boxes,if ur assembling take pictures save them till ur year warranty is up .... Owner never reached back out had store employees deal with us. Ended up getting another one when I got there they had opened up the box said it was to quality check it and after I had already driven 40 min to pick up the item I got home was ready to assemble turns out they had taken out the screws from the box . I called and said they were sorry and I had no other choice than to drive back out and pick them up. After all that had already happened honestly felt that was done intentionally.... I was trying to avoid posting this. However, their deliverance in regards to explanations when things go wrong on their end is the basis of this review. When you go into their store you may feel like you stepped into the right place as it is apparent they are "religious" with their big cross etc. You just might get a sales person, (who is generally there alone and may not have all the answers you want when you are there but as per Janelle they will tell you how much their job & the owners suck; so that should have been a red flag), who is being friendly obviously for the sake of the sale. You may get good convo out of the wheeling & dealing which makes you feel comfortable in your decision to purchase. However, after all is said and done and transaction has been made the customer service changes. When you want to speak with the person you dealt with the first time because of their person-to-person engagement, they end up not being there, or put whatever situation into the owner's hands because they screwed up and gave false hope/information. Which brings me to the owner's and the worst customer service. This is a direct reflection of how they respond to their customers that choose to leave Yelp reviews as you can see. Through some of these review responses it is obvious that they choose to banter back and forth with the customer which is WRONG if you want people to share your establishment by word-of-mouth. I denied the Bed because I want a Metal Frame most of all I want what I paid for. Then she tells me MY Bed is out of stock. HOW IS MY BED THAT I PAID FOR OUT OF STOCK?!!! Website seemed corporate headquarters and showroom in Cooley Ranch open until 3 PM. Go to address, gone, a century old business closed in Nobber, 2019. Driving away we saw 1/2 mile away a modest mattress store, window ads for $399 queen set, 50% off. My wife grained, she didn't want a cheapo mattress. We do a U turn and go in. Relatively small assortment but quite adequate. Sure simplified buying decision. Bought the top end at huge savings. Store manager Andrew great guy. No pressure, not even selling, just "best way is to lay on n the beds.".
