It was convenient, too, that I received a flyer in the mail advertising their sales for Labor Day. I went in randomly on a weekday sans appointment and I was attended right away by Rafael and Masoom. They seemed to work well in unison, going seamlessly between customers and answering all of their questions. While they both helped me, I ultimately dealt more with Rafael than Masoom. Rafael helped me find my mattress, as well as my bunky board when I returned to the store the day later after issues with my platform bed. Masoom meanwhile helped me locate the perfect mattress and box spring for my guest bedroom. Moreover, delivery went just as I was told it would. A day before delivery I received a call, a text, and an e-mail telling me when I would receive my purchases. The day of the delivery, well, I indeed got everything in a timely fashion and properly set up. This honestly couldn't have been easier if I had planned it. Seriously. It made an experience I was dreading tolerable. Now I couldn't be happier with my new mattresses.
