The sales man offered to sell us 40 dollars worth of products they had and said that is the best they could do. We have hoped the company would have been more accommodating than that. We understand that, if the sofa was couple years old, we would need to buy product, but this sofa is new. A High end store should be more customer focused. We are disappointed.
