We bought the top of the line best Temperpedic bed (price was over $12k!!) and it's been well over a MONTH (after we were told delivery would be in a few days) and still .....no bed!!! Highly DO NOT recommend this place. Getting a refund and hiring an attorney if I have to. Tired of not getting phone calls returned and getting the runaround. read more

Before going into this Mattress1One, my husband and I were right across the street at Mattress Firm. We had found a mattress that we liked there, but thought, 'Why don't we go across the street and see what they have too.' As soon as we walked in, Morgon was engaging and very enthusiastic about helping us find a mattress. I immediately appreciated that over the encounter that we had at the last mattress store. We decided on a mattress and got a great price for everything like the box springs, frame and protector. We weren't able to get it for another two days because they were waiting for a shipment, so we decided to schedule it for that Saturday. Saturday rolled around and my husband received a call that the shipment never arrived and we would end up having to wait a whole nother week because they don't deliver in the late evenings on week days. So the following Saturday, nearly 2 weeks waiting for this new bed, we get a call that the mattress was ripped and stained and they were going to upgrade us for free, but it would be ANOTHER 4 days to get it. We cancelled our order and hope that no one ever gives their hard earned time and money to Mattress1One every again. This is such terrible service. You can be the best salesman out there, but if your company isn't buttoned up from top to bottom, front to back, you don't have much room to talk. read more

Something shady here two things..... one is for the store and is so simple.... turn in your sales purchase order to your Promotion Redemption Partners so your customer can redeem the product. Called the Promotion Partner who said the sales slip had not been turned in. Called the store who gave me a customer service number that never answers the phone nor return a voicemail. Other complaint is the sales guy asked us if we wanted the box springs to go with the mattress to which husband and I said no. Sales guy included them on the charge and we thought ok fine since its $100. The bed was delivered and it sits 3 ft 3 inches which is an issue when you ar 4 ft 11. My husband called the store and they told him since they could not accept the return of box springs that have been delivered, the sales guy recommended buying bunkie boards for $150. Next time going to the competitor to buy the mattresses that we want for son and the guest bedroom. Horrible customer service after the sale is complete. read more

The customer service is great, Morgon is very helpful in trying to get you the best deals, however, the quality of the mattresses leave much to be desired. I bought a queen size Simmons mattress and box spring last November, ended paying $758.00 and already the mattress is sagging and feeling lumpy. For them to honor the warranty you have to take all kinds of measurement and if you do it wrong you loose, it's a real hassle. read more

We bought our Sterns & Foster Isabelle Cushion Firm mattress in October 2018 and paid $3,300.00 for this mattress but was told if we didn't like it, to come back within 90 days and we could choose another mattress for the same value or less. The only reason that I was okay spending that amount of money on a mattress. We said perfect. We went back before the given time line to let the salesperson know that we don't like this mattress. We have really bad back pain and the mattress was already sinking in on both our sides and we toss and turn all night long. He said no problem, look for a mattress you like. Well, can you believe there was not one mattress we picked that was less than $3,300.00. I explained that we were not going to pay more money for a mattress, $3,300.00 was already a ridiculous amount to pay. So, we left because he said there was not one mattress that we could switch it out for. So now we are stuck with this mattress that we HATE, back pain every damn morning, and we have to flip it all the time to help with the sinking. This mattress is only 8 months old. ***DON"T SHOP WITH MORGAN!!***When I first went to Mattress 1 Morgan was so helpful and really wanted to "sell" that mattress. I was so impressed that I went home and got my husband (we make all decisions together). Morgan worked "his magic" to get us into a split cal-king adjustable bed and frame. Morgan was eager and kind enough to give us his "friends and family" discount since my husband is a vet and our funds were limited even with financing. While we were waiting for financing to be approved he asked me to write a review for him on here and I was more than willing because he was so helpful and "awesome". But his "magic" included us paying a $300.00 cash deposit amount that would show as an "additional discount" on the original order. He didn't want to provide a receipt because it would not make sense on the order form. He did however end up printing a "dummy form" that showed the payment. He told us upon completion of the sale that it would be 2 - 4 weeks (this was in January). He called the next week saying that they were in stock after all and we set a delivery time. He called back about 30 minutes later saying that they were not in stock after all, but it would be soon. We got our first bill BEFORE we got our mattress' and adjustable frames...it took over 3 months for us to get them. He called one day and stated that they were on their way and should arrive to the warehouse the next day and wanted to set a delivery date. The next day he called and said that the driver and load couldn't be located, and the company wanted to send a "loaner" set...as troubling as that was we said ok. Days later we finally got our set...funny thing about it is that he told us they were being shipped from Florida and I happened to look at the tag and they were made and sent from the College Station are which is only 1.5 hours or so from us. I had stayed in constant contact with Morgan checking on the status during the whole duration of this situation and my husband got angrier as time passed, especially after we got that first bill. At that point my Husband took over dealing with Morgan...Morgan called me one day and informed me that my husband's attitude wasn't appreciated and that he would not appear in court when we sued them for non delivery. He did say that he would take the last $300.00 off the price when we got our final bill. Today my husband went to see him about that bill and Morgan refused to honor his word saying that he never said that and that he couldn't adjust the bill...also said that he gave us "friends and family" incentives and that was all we were going to get. (Just a side note...our home was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and we lost everything...including this bed setup...but yet we continued to make payments on it) We will make the final payment on it so it doesn't go against our credit...but I'm here to tell you that Morgan is a liar and a thief!! He will promise you the moon and give you nothing...if you don't believe me, just know that I have a co-worker that experienced the same exact situation and has notes with dates and times of all her conversations with Morgan...Too bad the company looks the other way... **** 12:20 on 11/15/17****JUST RECEIVED A VOICE MESSAGE FROM MORGAN**** In reviewing our file he sees where he did notate that he would have the $300.00 adjusted off the last bill and will be taking care of it as soon as we call him back. Not only did Morgon answer every question we asked, but he provided helpful information we needed in order to make the best decision for our son's mattress. Salesmen pulled wool over our eyes and wouldn't make it right when we came back! He ordered the mattress next to the one I wanted and wouldn't make it right when we came back!!! He stated " my reputation stands for itself" in reply to us contacting his higher ups... Yeah for ripping people off! We would have had to pay another $200+ to exchange for the mattress I originally wanted! We left furious and haven't had time to take any further steps... Probably to late now Salesmen should have made it right!!! Right then! I did post on FB that night warning people to not go there. I cannot rate this store, due to bad customer service and shady dealings. Nice and friendly to get your service, but when you cancel they seem to forget good customer service. I went into the store, gentleman was nice enough to work with, and purchased a mattress. I got home and decided that the mattress would not work, so I called and cancelled. I had paid with a Credit Card. The gentleman called me later and asked for my Credit Card number so he could get my refund issued, which was weird. I received my statement showing the charge but no credit, thinking that it would show up on my next statement. I received my next month statement with no credit issued and on top of that, I was charged a late fee. Called the store, which the person who answered the phone, same person who waited on me, I tell him I am angry, not only was there no credit, I was charged a interest fee. Not only did he get an attitude with me, he told me I had to call the main office and talk to them. That added to the frustration, when you do call, all you get in a phone ringing and asking you to leave your name and number. I called several different stores to get help, they give you the same number and cannot give out the District Managers number. God forbid, you try to resolve anything with company. I finally spoke to Angela in another store, who pulled up my account and told me she would call the warehouse and would call me back to get this resolved for me. She did call back and told me that Customer Service said it would be on my account within 48 hours.
