I am still waiting on 1, but that is because I selected one pillow for a slide sleeper and it was different from the other 3. I love our Avocado Green pillow because we are able to stuff it to the firmness we wanted with the extra fill it comes with. You can choose from standard or side-sleeper. None of which has been helpful and has only complicated the process. This whole experience started off negative from my first store visit. I arrived 20 minutes before closing which got me an icy reception. There were maybe 5 employees there and it was clear that nobody was happy about me walking in. Their demeanor was so confusing I even asked if they were closed, even though I checked the hours. Had they asked they would've known I was just there for a quick pickup but after seeing there were no pillowcases in stock I had to approach the group that were just sitting there staring into their laptops. So one of them placed my order online and lo and behold it's the wrong size. This is just the beginning of it, if the company wants to "investigate" they can refer to my back & forth emails with Aura, who I'm not even sure is an actual human. My pillow is still naked.

I wrote customer service the following: Subject: Urgent: Refund Request for Damaged Caspian Chairside Table - Order/Transaction #W0036174 Dear Bassett Furniture Co. Customer Service, I am writing to request a full refund for a Caspian Chairside Table 6S24-0643 that I purchased for $949.00 during a sale. The table arrived at your San Marcos store damaged, and upon inspection, Debbie, a representative at the San Marcos store, informed me that a perfect, undamaged replacement could not be secured. Due to the item arriving damaged, I requested a refund. I was subsequently charged a significant amount, with $214.43 being withheld from my refund. I firmly believe that a restocking fee should not apply in this situation, as the table was damaged upon arrival and was never delivered to my home; I inspected it at your showroom. Even if a restocking fee were applicable, your standard 15% restocking fee on the purchase price of $949.00 would amount to $142.35. The $214.43 that was withheld significantly exceeds this amount, representing more than the stated 15%. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $214.43 that was withheld. This amount represents the difference between the full purchase price and the refund I received.
