I just moved to the area and was eating next door at BG Pho and hadn't bought a permanent bed. I was still sleeping on a futon in my condo. Walking outside after lunch I noticed this mattress place and decided to take a stroll through. Eddie greeted me immediately after entering and helped through the entire process. I told him the type of bed I liked and had previously before moving to another state and he let me try a few of his recommendations and gave me the whole price breakdown. I ended up choosing a mid-priced Queen nectar bed and bed frame. We got to talking and it felt like I was talking to a neighbor and getting hooked up by a friend rather than talking to the manager of the store. Delivery was arranged within 48 hours and the delivery team built the bed frame and got my new bed in place. Highly recommend. read more

We just replaced our old mattress with a new Stearns & Foster California King set from Mattress Superstore in Battle Ground, WA. Eddie, the Store Manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable and very patient in helping us determine the best style and firmness and price for us. Kobe and Mike just delivered it all today and were so very friendly and efficient and careful in carrying out our old mattress and box springs and setting up the new ones. Eddie even threw in a bedding set of mattress cover, sheets and pillows. We had been dreading this purchase, but Eddie and his team made it so easy. We can hardly wait for bedtime! Terrible customer service, you're better off going to Costco than dealing with these guys. They lie to get you in the door then switch up on you when you go to check out. nope nope nope. Gave us two options at the same price, 1099 for one mattress and 1099 for a second mattress. We couldn't decide right away which we liked and went to grab a coffee across the street to talk about which one we wanted. Came back after 10 minutes and the guy who helped us was gone. The second guy said "oh no way we can't sell that to you for that price". even though the first guy looked in his computer, confirmed inventory, confirmed the delivery date, and said we could go talk about it for a minute to decide. i don't do business with liars and would never recommend this place to anyone. Same mattress is available at Costco for 960 out the door delivered where they're trying to say they can only sell it for $1500. What a joke. Spend your money somewhere else. Poor, poor service. This is the second mattress I've purchased here. I have been blown away by the customer service! John, the manager, is delightful and definitely puts his customers first. We first came here because it is locally owned and operated. Our first experience buying a king mattress was great, so when we needed to fill our guest room we decided to upgrade to a tempurpedic and move our other mattress to the guest room. He worked diligently with us to make sure we purchased a mattress that fit our needs and sleeping styles. Fast forward 94 days, and I finally came to terms with the fact that the mattress we bought was just too firm for me. He didn't bat an eye and showed the same level of support when we came in to take advantage of the 100 day exchange policy. He even found a smoking deal on the one we wanted, so we were able to do an across the board exchange. The delivery service he uses has been nothing short of awesome too, even though they have to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room. Customers for life. read more

I came in the other day to buy a mattress for our spare bedroom. There was only one salesperson in store and I was one of 2 customers. The sales person asked what I was looking for. I told her I was paying cash and wanted to pick up myself tomorrow. She then went to check on current inventory. She never came back. The other customer decided they want to finance so she sat down with them to start paperwork. I would've been a really fast sale but instead she left me waiting for 30 minutes, without a single check in, before I walked out. She didn't even acknowledge that I was leaving. He graciously used his own cell phone to take a picture of the bed we were interested in since we were unable to go to the store to pick out the bed in person. His customer service was exceptional. He made sure that we were given the best deal possible, was honest, and willing to work within our budget. In addition, he made certain that the old beds were picked up in in a short time span.
