I have used this store on two occasions over the last six years to buy two mattresses. I didn't buy the box springs since I have a platform bed. The first mattress that I bought was a fairly inexpensive memory foam type of mattress that had a 10-year warranty. I really wanted something that would mold to my body and support it appropriately. I usually don't toss and turn a lot during the night and sleep on my side, on one side of the bed. After the first year, the mattress seemed to lose its memory. As soon as I would sit on the mattress, I would sink to the bottom, basically to the platform. I contacted the person, at the store, who I purchased the mattress from and explained the circumstances. He said the company would have to send someone out to inspect the mattress, after he contacted the warranty company. No one ever contacted me regarding the problem. I called the store on two more occasions, but nothing ever happened. I blame myself for not going into the store and handling the situation like a professional. I suffered with the mattress getting worse over time. My hips and back hurt so bad when I got up in the morning that I had to take Aleve before bed and in the morning upon rising. I couldn't get a good night's sleep, tossing and turning all night trying to alleviate the pain in my hips and back. I decided to buy a new mattress, this time a traditional mattress; very firm. I went back to the same store because there's room for negotiation during the sales process. When I went in the store, I told the salesperson exactly what I wanted, a traditional mattress, the firmest available, and no box spring. They like to have you lay on this bed that performs several hundred tests on your body and supposedly sleep conditions. They take the printed results to match you with the appropriate mattress. I honestly think this is just a gimmick to make you buy the most expensive series of mattresses. The results were completely wrong for me, which I expected. After the salesperson tried to get me interested in several mattresses, I told him to do what I originally asked for and take me to the firmest traditional mattress in the store. It was exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and he wasn't in the mood to negotiate, especially when he learned I wasn't going to buy a box spring and that he couldn't sell me one of the higher end mattresses. I have been using my mattress for about two years now and it still feels brand new. I love it! I've taken my mother there to buy her mattresses, too. She bought the same memory foam mattress that I had several years ago and now she is complaining about it, too. She just bought a new mattress from there from a saleswoman. She was open to negotiating on the mattress, mattress cover, and pillow. She even reduced the delivery cost. It may take a little work, but it's worth going to this location. They opened the same store on the hill where Panera and Chipotle is, but this location is established. I would recommend this store compared to its competitors in the area. read more

mattress warehouse is the worse bed place ever. we will NEVER buy here again. we went to the Shrewsbury pa store and from the beginning we were lied to. got a mattress set up for delivery the first two times it was to be delivered it showed up ripped which I'm sure it was the same mattress both times. the third time it was to be delivered they just never showed up. chuck the store manager told us a lie after a lie after a lie. tried to call the district manager Chris and left two messages for him to call me and never received a call back. this place screwed up over. we ended up with a mattress we HATE and they did nothing to help us just lie'. we learned our lesson and will NEVER. be back. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Ordered a mattress, delivery shoes up at 7pm after being told I would get a phone call. The call never came (after repeated calls to the office) upon arrival they had no frame a head board, box spring and mattress. After another call I was told if I want the frame I need to come get it. When I went to get it I got attitude from the asshole salesman. Long story short GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE THE AGGREVATION!!!!!!! read more

Kelly Roberts is a great guy to work with. He took the time and listened and then identified my needs in order to get my good night rest. I felt that he went above and beyond. I have lower back issues and shoulder and neck issues. He really hooked me up with the right mattress for my needs. He suggested the Tempur-Pedic Supreme Breeze Soft Mattress and an adjustable base by Enso with massage option. He organized a smooth delivery and set up.
