Matt goes out of his way to help his customers. Fast, friendly service. This is my go to garage for all my auto repairs.

Very nice location for an autoshop. I came here for my state emissions test in the morning which…read moretook about 30 mins. The people were really friendly. Expect an additional 15 mins extra wait per person in front of you. My total came out to be $11.50. I will likely come back with my motorcycle if they can do the same.

I've taken my car to Christian Brothers Automotive several times, but eventually I decided enough…read morewas enough. To be fair, they do quality repair work, diagnose problems accurately, and their customer service is excellent. I give them full credit for that. However, in my experience, their prices are extremely high. Once everything is added up, you can often find another mechanic or repair shop that offers the same quality work for a much more reasonable price. Their labor rate is around $189 per service, so if you need brake pads and a battery replaced, you could easily end up paying $300+ in labor alone, plus the cost of parts. Recently, I was charged nearly $1,000 just to replace the brake pads on my SUV. Meanwhile, a friend of mine recently had both brake pads and rotors replaced elsewhere for a little over $200. My advice is to protect your hard-earned money and compare prices before committing to repairs. There are many honest mechanics and repair shops that provide great service and quality work at fair prices. In my opinion, Christian Brothers presents itself very well, but their pricing can feel excessive and disappointing.

It's rare that I'm impressed instantly especially when it comes mundane services such as getting an…read moreoil change. Originally I had made an appointment at the dealership to get an oil change but they told me it would take about 2 hours minimum and honestly who has time to wait around for that? I searched on yelp locally and Express Oil Change came up as one of the more highly rated places. As I pulled into one of the empty lanes, I was immediately greeted by a nice gentlemen name John. I told him I needed an oil change and he said it would take about 10 minutes and that was in fact true. He swapped out my engine filter, topped off my washer fluids, and checked the cabin filter as well. And since it was my first visit, he took off $15 of the services. Very pleasant experience and so efficient. Keep up the great work!

I had an EXTENSIVE amount of brakes work done on my Nissan Altima back in 2023: Front and back…read morerotors, discs and pads all replaced. Granted my car is 13 years old so it was time for some brake work. I came in since the brakes would squeak every time I reversed. Car ran fine and give or take a few months into it, I heard the reverse brakes squeak again. I took it for review and was advised this is common for older cars especially in the mornings. I hardly drive my Altima since I work from home. Just got back from a road trip and the squeaky began again. This time, I took it for a second opinion: Nissan Dealership in Round Rock: They advised me all rotors, discs and pads will need to be replaced again. I advised them I had all that work done before. Unfortunately, the rotors were discolored due to contamination from packing protection oil prior to installation. I called Express Oil change and spoke with Tony. Since its been more then 12 months since the brakes were done, there was nothing that can be done. Tony also stated this could be caused from going through car washes and the solutions they use can stick to the brakes causing further harm. DON'T GO HERE FOR BRAKE WORK. STICK WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIPS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
