His pricing was fair, he wasn't the lowest but not the highest either. Our home had some unforeseen termite damage that required replacing load bearing beams, we agreed on a change order and he brought in more manpower to get the extra work done quickly. (Can't have a hole in my living room overnight.) What impressed me is the quality of work. The wood was cut straight, caulking was neat, he cleaned up every night and did not spill any paint. When replacing the door he bought good quality locks instead of the cheapest ones. He also took care of the permits and the dealings with the inspector, which was a huge help. He did a couple of small extra things for free which was nice. All in all, our house looks great, and I would be happy to work with him again. Highly recommended.
