The drinks were excellent. I had a hot chai latte and was surprised by how mild the sweetness was. I really enjoyed the flavor, and didn't feel like it was bogged down with syrup. I also ordered the build your own bagel, which unfortunately I don't have a picture of. The ordering process was a little bit daunting with lots of different options. I ended up choosing ham, cheese, and avocado. It came out hot and fresh and was the perfect quick brunch before we set off to check out the square.

The omelet had pieces of burned burger bits in it from the grill. The waitresses were sitting at a table next to ours eating (in between waiting on the kitchen to prep orders) and counting their cash tips while wrapping silverware in napkins. With no hand washing after handling their cash!! After our meal I asked to use their restroom, and I was instructed to go back through the kitchen to the last door on the right. I was in complete shock at the sight of the tiny double galley kitchen, filthy, food droppings everywhere, multiple trash cans overflowing with nasty trash, witnessed one employee digging into a can of black olives with his bare hands and his fingernails were filthy!!! By the back door there was a huge mixer with batter in it stuck to the whisk just sitting there across from the bathroom door. It was hot, cramped, and muggy. Stinky, filthy and definitely not sanitary. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was so disgusted and decided to write this review so that anyone who is thinking of eating here will know not to!!!
