I also followed up with an email. it's now 6/6 and nothing. Seems the agent was only interested in repair quote even though the project is 15 units of high end windows. I mentioned the advertised 25% Memorial Day discount was generous, and I would like to take advantage of the offer. Other companies were more responsive so I'm moving on. Update still no response as of 6/11 to this review or many other attempts to receive the promised quote.

This was our first project with Lee and Finest Fix…read more I sent out a quote request via Yelp Projects and Lee got back to me on the same day with their rate of $95/hr + materials. I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.

Nice people on the phone and they scheduled a person to come out and do an estimate very quickly. Paul was nice, patient with all my questions but during and after the appointment via email. He got me the estimate quickly and then came back out again to do exact measurements for the final estimate. Again, just very helpful throughout the process. Waiting for the windows took a while so I think we did end up waiting like 2-3 months between that visit and getting them installed which was the only negative of our experience. Installation team was fantastic. I think there were 3-4 people there. Ed was in charge. Just nice guys, we felt comfortable having them in the house. Cleaned up very well. Everything looks great and very professionally installed. Kept us updated with some random things they found (rotting wood) when reframing the windows. Again answered questions anytime we had them. On time both coming and leaving. Cost seems reasonable for what we got and from speaking with friends but I'm no window expert. Planning on having them come back out next year to finish the rest of the windows. Good experience overall.

Really, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We called, they answered, and we got an appointment promptly and smoothly. Our experience then continued with Chris Burton, who answered all of our questions and was very communicative. He gave us a price for our two bow windows that was less than the other local company we got a quote from, and with a better warranty, and he seemed a lot more invested in our business than the other guy. We ended up asking them to do two bow windows, an additional five bedroom windows, and our back door, which was falling apart. Mike came out to measure and he was right on the dot, time wise. Their estimated lead time of ten weeks or so was about right, and then Mike and his team (Travis, Cash) came out to do the install, which they completed in a few days. The windows look great! And they seem quieter and way more insulating than the old ones. Hopefully they stay that way for a long time. My only minor complaints are that the guys trampled my flowers a bit and also gave us bow windows that are "deeper" than our old ones (they stick out past where the old ones ended). As long as they don't fall out or put strain on my house, though, I'm actually kind of enjoying the deeper window because I can fit more houseplants there. It does look a bit funny though (see photos). Also, we opted to stain the wood trim around the windows and the guys were kind enough to install the wood, wait till we'd stained the pieces, then come back to do the last bit of caulking. My dad told me, "If you already paid them, they're not coming back," but he's apparently never worked with a company like Thermal! Also, Danielle, their scheduler, was very responsive and fun to chat with. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with good prices.

This is how a company should be! Wow! This company has the…read moreright name, because they really care! I called to get a estimate for my back door. It was more than just the door but the over hang as well. It had fell down and squirrels had made a home :( The gentleman that took the call gave the information to Jim. He is the father and the owner of the company. Jim called and set up a time to come look at the job. When he showed up, he felt like family. Coming in through the back of the house he looked at the work I wanted done. He sat down in my basement and told us what they would do, took pictures of the damage and dictated everything into a recorder about the whole process. We gave him a small deposit toward the job. He gave me a receipt. What I liked about Jim is he let me know what I needed and didn't need and was very upfront about the price. This company never stood us up. Came on time, did a great job. The door is beautiful as well. They even framed out and put up my old wrought iron screen door. They were even thoughtful enough to measure the peep hole to my height (I'm the shorty in the family). We also decided to let We Care do our roof. One of Jim's sons came out and video taped the roof. We looked at the tape and Jim went over the damage with us and gave us our options. WOW! It was nice to see the roof without climbing a ladder LOL! We decided on a 2 coat white Elastomeric Silicone roof because it helps keep the house cooler in the summer. They even treated the skylight. After it was all done they came back to my home and showed us the video of the completed roof and mailed us a copy of video. We Care is not the cheapest company I've come across. but they do quality work, respectful of your time, do follow up calls to make sure you are happy with their work and respectful of your property. This is so rare now adays! I wish they did more types of home improvements besides windows, doors, roofs etc. We Care is a family owned business with Jim (owner) and his 3 sons Justin, Jeff & James that have been in business for a few decades.
