Talk about a pleasant surprise…read more The staff is attentive without hovering and the whole place has a very calm laid back vibe. Imagine your favorite dive bar with really good food and a small but well done kids menu. My daughter had their massive 1/4 slappy dog and we were surprised by how delicious everything was The wings were perfectly done were so pleasantly surprised this place is a gem of a find and we will absolutely be back again to try their burgers next

TL,DR: Outstanding food, priced right, great service and great atmosphere…read more I had driven past this place a few times and the name always cracks me up, reminds me of Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. My wife tricked me into going with her to Walmart to pick up some shit, so I got to pick the spot for lunch and this is what I picked. Got there about 2 PM on Good Friday and there were a few people there but nothing crazy. Got seated right away and ordered drinks, a Pacifico for me, Sprite for the wifey - got them right away. For food, I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with tots, wifey got a regular bacon cheeseburger with everything plus fries, and I was curious so I also got the $10 chocolate (fudge) shake. Shake was delivered first. Expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. The shake was served in the metal tin, made with loads of real ice cream, whipped cream, fudge, drizzle of chocolate syrup, and chocolate sprinkles. Honestly not sure what I was thinking when mixing beer with shake, in hindsight I wouldn't do that again... but it was one of the best shakes I've had in a long while. Burgers came out shortly afterwards. Wifey's was cooked perfectly medium, which is an unusual thing for most burger places these days; most of the time when I order a burger medium, it comes out medium well or well done. These were both perfectly medium. Both burgers came out with a generous amount of potato products, more than either of us could hope to stuff down our gullets in one sitting. The food was outstanding. The service was great. The music was too loud for the wife but it was the kind of music that is supposed to be played loud so no points off for that from me. A nice vibe overall. I'll definitely be back.

As a foodie, I have to say Jollibee is absolutely worth trying! I stopped by Friday around 9 PM and…read moreordered the 2 Piece Chickenjoy & Jolly Spaghetti Combo with mashed potatoes, extra gravy, and a Peach Mango Pie. The Jolly Spaghetti was the highlight for me. I've never had anything like it before. The sweet and savory flavor with pieces of hot dog throughout was so unique and surprisingly delicious. The Chickenjoy was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I tried one original and one spicy, and both were amazing dipped in the extra gravy. The Peach Mango Pie came out warm and fresh with a crispy crust and delicious filling. The drive thru wait was about 30 to 45 minutes, but it was completely worth it for fresh, hot food. The person working the drive thru was friendly and very apologetic about the wait, which was appreciated. The space is smaller but has both indoor and outdoor seating options. I can see why Jollibee has such a following. The unique flavors and fresh food make it worth the wait, and I'll definitely be back to try more items from the menu.

Even as a loyal customer and maybe just showing my age, I didn't enjoy the experience. The service wasn't as friendly or "jolly" as I've come to expect. I understand it was the last Sunday of Comic-Con and extremely busy, but that's also when I'd expect a business to be at its best and capitalize on one of the busiest weekends of the year. When I saw piles of cooked chicken and fries sitting under the heat lamps, I was immediately concerned that my meal wouldn't be fresh and unfortunately, I was right. The chicken and fries were cold, with only the rice being hot. Both the dining room and drive-thru were packed, and the cleanliness suffered. The bathrooms, along with the inside and outside dining areas, needed much more attention. I'm giving 4 stars based on years of loyalty because I know this location can do better. But I was honestly embarrassed bringing a group of friends for the first visit here after Comic-Con, and I hope this experience was the exception rather than the new standard.

As my friend and I made a final brewery stop at Duck Foot Brewing before heading home, thank goodness for AntoYitos Borincanos Food Truck since the brewery didn't serve food nor had any snacks for sale. Being a born-and-bred Angeleno, I grew up in the food cart/truck and street vendor culture, so I always appreciated and supported the strong work effort it took for these individuals to somehow make a living. Would I enjoy the Puerto Rican heritage cuisine prepared in remembrance of "Yito"!? QUICK BIO Founded by two sisters, Jennifer and Nadeshka Roman - both born in Puerto Rico. They were raised in Camuy, where they constantly watched their father do what he was so passionate about: cooking. He became a chef and had many dreams and goals yet to fulfill. Sadly, he passed away in 2006; and although they were just young girls at the time, they have always remembered his passion for the culinary arts. In his memory, they decided to name their business AntoYitos Borincanos--"Yito" being his nickname. The company's logo symbolized their roots and their father's greatest passions. PURCHASE(S) 7pc Amarillos ($5.00): A handful of fried plump semi-caramelized sweet plantains, these were a "healthy" snack while I guzzled my beer. Honestly, I loved plantains in general (especially in sliced chip form), and these came in hot and steamy. A perfect budget-friendly snack I'd consistently buy if it were available at all breweries. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=-C4PHYXKrfqTL-Y0PmV6Cg Cheese Pastelillos ($4.00 x2): A crispy flaky stuffed turnover with your choice of cheese, chicken, ground beef, or pizza, these were the size of my palm, loaded, and piping hot as steam exploded out when I tore a corner off. Plenty of thick white cheese initially oozed out like lava and then coagulated as it got exposed to air. A simple tasty morsel to help absorb alcohol. Another perfect inexpensive snack food for a brewery. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=_s6yGADKr64XVxVVt5l38g Service Fee 3.00% ($0.39): C'est la vie; small businesses need to try and pass along added expenses when they could. SERVICE I was warmly greeted by an affable young woman who easily and quickly took my order. I wasn't given a number or buzzer but told to return in about ten minutes later. Once I came back, she was just packing everything for me. Todo estaba bien - muchas gracias! PARKING (FREE): Being a food truck, they were at the beck and call wherever they were at the time. In this case, they were at Duck Foot Brewing with plenty of parking lot spaces available within an industrial park work area - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your standard self-sufficient catering/food truck/pop-up tent with a printed food menu https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=g3FiBpe71zyQEYo_i2XehA on the side of the truck where you placed/picked-up your order, no area for condiments, napkins, and utensils (they supplied these if needed to alleviate waste) nor designated seating area except for the ample outdoor and indoor seating provided by the brewery, and natural lighting was prevalent during the daytime while minimal electric street and tent lighting glowed at night. There weren't any TVs or background music. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=gsz7glcLDDeVANG6p0bl8Q ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL AntoYitos Borincanos Food Truck satisfied a need, and I would consider them again. My only fear would be their limited menu although I imagined they changed it up from time to time. The prices were relatively reasonable, the food and portion sizes were very good, and the service was easy, friendly, and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $14.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...AMEX! 4.0 STARS

They cook everything to order so it might take a little longer than expected, especially with the fried food. The food was very delicious and flavorful (a little salty but I loved it).
