I took Mini-me 1.0 for a first time visit to Jollibee. Tried to place an app order in advance but ran into a problem with the app. Ordered from their website directly. Ordering online was straightforward, but as of this review post there were no options to customize and modify menu items. I don't mind, but the kiddos are fickle and picky about how they want their food. When we arrived, the front counter staff gave a friendly greeting and said the order was in process. I sat at the bench in the lobby, but not for very long because the food was ready for pickup. Other observations: Touch screen kiosk, a few tables inside, self-serve Pepsi soda pop refills, and passcode CR's (9090). We ate at the front patio tables. Food was tasty. Mini-me approved of the Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich with a side of Mac & cheese. I went with a 1pc of Chickenjoy and a side of Palabok Fiesta. Other than the app setback it was a jolly time indeed.

I love jollibee, I'm making this review because I was in the area and I had their 2 piece chicken and their palabok and it's so so good and fresh, I also recommend getting the ube pie & the pineapple quencher. The service was great, the workers r always so sweet

I finally made it in to try their chicken sandwiches, and they did not disappoint! My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and I had the regular Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious, fresh, and flavorful. We also tried the pies, which were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to finish our meal. We really enjoyed dining in and taking in the atmosphere. The employees were attentive, hardworking, and focused on providing excellent customer service. It was great to see everyone working together to ensure customers were well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back! Here is a picture of my receipt I forgot to take a picture of the food.

I was in National City and wanted to stop by another place down the road; however, the long lines had me heading this direction toward Jollibee (west of the 805 on Plaza Blvd). While Jollibee wasn't the original choice, it was still a pleasant experience. The workers were kind and welcoming. And the food was ready in minutes. Because it was a beautiful day, we sat in their patio. It was clean and well-maintained by a worker that day. Orders included a bucket of Chicken Joy, Palabok and Filipino Spaghetti. And, of course, a Pineapple Refresher. Overall, I was satisfied with Jollibee. Our visit included a delicious meal al fresco served by friendly staff.

I stopped here on lunch to pickup a couple of gift cards. The line had 4 people ahead of me. The staff was working hard and they have great customer service here. Even the manager was working on the front line grinding out orders; impressive. The line took about 7-8 mins for my turn. It was because the customers before me were taking a very long time to decide on what they wanted to order. I purchased the gift cards in a separate transaction than the food. Then, I ordered: Korean BBQ Chicken (KBBQ) 2 piece with 1 side (fries) + drink, a original chicken sandwich + drink but no mayo, and 1 Ube Pie. Everything tasted good. My food was ready in about 4 mins. I was super shocked. They were very customer service oriented here. When you pickup your food order from the front counter they say, "Have a Jolly Day!" I have only one issue and that is that when you walk into the restaurant, it smells like boiled eggs; which is probably because they serve a lot of Pancit palabok...yummy! Otherwise, this is a good place to try Filipino Twist on fast food. They have Angus Beef Burgers here now, great addition.

My first time trying Jollibee after hearing wonderful reviews about the freshness and crunch of the chicken. I don't eat fried chicken often so I was anticipating deliciousness. I ordered online and picked up in drive thru which said it would be ready in 30 mins but then quickly changed to 7 mins. I ordered a two piece spicy chicken with fries, biscuit, peach mango pie and guava tea. I was throughly impressed by the freshness and crunch of my first piece of chicken but the second one was not fully cooked! Yuck! I couldn't eat it. The biscuit looked great but lacked flavor. The fries were really good and dipping them in the gravy reminded me of when I lived in Louisiana. Yum! The pie was ok but nothing special. The highlight was the guava tea and it was amazing! Don't see myself coming back though.

I'm kind of embarrassed to say after all these years that this is my 1st time trying out Jollibee. With all the new hype all over social media lately, I just had to! I don't know why I never gave them a try. Maybe because I thought it was typical fried chicken but Filipino style which I was never a huge fan of their foods up until a couple years ago. Boy have I been missing out. I also read a lot of reviews on service, location, and foods and to be honest I was skeptical about giving it a try since I also didn't want to get my hopes up knowing I couldn't expect so much being that it also was a franchised fast food. So despite all the reviews about service, I didn't experience any issues or rudeness. I went to the drive thru and ordering was easy since the menu was easy to read quickly. The communication through the intercom went smoothly and there was a different person at the register whom took payment and gave my food who was also pleasant especially when I asked for several condiments. Receipt says host was Constance Royale and cashier was Allyson. Both were wonderful. I ordered Bucket D which included 12 pieces (spicy), 5 sides (2 spaghetti, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and adobo rice), and I also ordered 2 extra gravies not knowing the bucket already came with 2. Everything was really sooo delicious! It's rare that I'll say that about a fried chicken fast food spot. The mac and cheese was flavorful, the gravies really made a difference. They weren't salty. The spaghetti was okay but not bad I was glad it wasn't too sweet. Now the fried chicken! I'm a fan now! It was moist, not greasy, very flavorful without being salty, and still so crispy and even better that they give you reheating instructions which tasted just as amazing fresh and still kept its crunch! I will definitely be a regular at Jollibees now.

This is my third visit so it's overdue for a review. This last visit was solo, the previous visits we got family meals which we always had leftovers. Cashiers were always friend. Food was never more than a 5 minute wait. The space is clean and ample dining areas. Their fried chicken is probably my favorite among all the fast food chains, but I'm addicted to their spaghetti. No frills but it tastes like how my Tita and Lola make it. Lots of parking in the shared plaza lot and it's always clean inside and out. Given it's not the healthiest, it will be an occasional treat.

KATSEYE Special: 6pc KBBQ Fried Chicken Bucket
    Danielle B.

Came here awhile back on 9/22 for the KATSEYE KBBQ chicken collab, it was super busy with a line outside the door and the drive through line almost to the street but that's to be expected with the popularity of this collab, it's probably died down by now since it's been awhile. This location seems pretty small so I'd say we got our food in a timely manner. We got the KATSEYE Special: 6pc KBBQ Fried Chicken Bucket and a spicy chicken sandwich meal to share. The KATSEYE KBBQ chicken was pretty good I just wish that the chicken had been crispier. The sauce was delicious a sweet soy glaze with a very mild hint of spice to it (not spicy at all just extra flavor). I'd say it's similar to sauces at other KBBQ chicken places so not super special in my opinion but it is a nice addition to the Jollibee menu to switch it up. They also completely drenched the chicken in the sauce so it was sauce-y perfection. The spicy chicken sandwich was so deliciously crispy I wish the KBBQ chicken was that crispy bc it would have been perfecttt if it was. You can't go wrong with their chicken sandwiches it's a classic, not too spicy just enough flavor and delicious to the point where you eat 90% of the sandwich you're supposed to being sharing with someone else.

You can never go wrong with Jollibee. There's going to be something for EVERYBODY! When my ice cream craving turned into a Jollibee craving- my decision just slapped. Didn't feel like parking and walking inside- so, it was a quick drive thru visit (YAY!!) especially for dinner rush. It was a toss up between the Jolly Spaghetti / Jolly Palabok/ or a chicken sandwich. Ughhh! Decisions! I went with Palabok instead- another Filipino dish I've been craving lately. And of course! You can't leave Jollibee without a sweet treat! Peach mango pie- it is! When we were placing our order at the drive thru speaker- the employee couldn't hear parts of my order due to the vehicle/ motorcycle traffic on Plaza Blvd. The third time of me repeating myself- I felt like I screamed at the speaker and apologized right away- I just wanted to make sure heard me that time! And when we drove up to the window- I apologized again and she just laughed. I thought I could contain my self control- but, apparently I don't know how. LOL. I was gonna nibble on something on our way home. Peach mango pie!! It's a pie pocket like Mc Donald's apple pies- but, with a better pastry! Super light and crispy! And that peach mango filling is delicious! There's no cinnamon sugar dusting to the crust, btw. I got the 2 piece Jolly Palabok. Thigh and leg is how they roll. And I totally forgot to ask if I could have 2 legs. Jollibee is known for their crispy chicken and has moved up in ranks for having the best. I'm a die hard Popeyes fan- and it is a toss up between both. Jollibee chicken is never drenched in grease. I'm so amazed by it! It's like- fried crispy and then left out on the clothes dryer to get kisses from the sun. When you bite into the skin and the chicken meat- your hands will not be saturated with heavy oils. I liked how the Palabok is served in its own personal tray. This technique prevents the fried chicken skin from getting soggy. Palabok is a Filipino pancit dish that's covered in a savory garlic shrimp sauce. Typically served with a variety of toppings like crushed chicharon, sliced boil eggs, green oinions, & fried garlic. Calamamsi- Filipino lime is used to squeeze onto the Palabok for a citrusy tangy flavor. Here at Jollibee, you'll get lemon packets.

First time here had never ever been before, def long line and really busy but Noah the front cashier was amazing super friendly very attentive of our order and great customer service skills, took like 30 min or so for our order to be ready but tbh it was def. Worth it food was hot, fresh and delicious, we sat and ate it there. The ambiance was chill like I said very busy but was worth it, def coming back.

This place will always have a soft spot for me since it was one of my favorite restaurants growing up. I stopped by one of their locations in the area. The space is pretty small, but everything still felt smooth and welcoming. We had a really pleasant experience with Noah, who was friendly and easy to talk to. There's drive-thru access, which is convenient. They also have Chowking nearby, and Seafood City across the street. The food still hit that familiar comfort food spot for me. I do miss some of the old menu items though. Still waiting for the day they bring back the Jolly Hotdog, mais con yelo, and the sundae. Overall, it was a solid visit that brought back a lot of good memories

Spicy chicken, spaghetti, mango peach pie and spicy chicken sandwich
    Eunice H.

Honestly, such a great place for fried chicken and other fun eats! The spicy fried chicken is where it's at and it is absolutely flavorful - crispy on the outside, juicy and moist on the inside! Their spaghetti is also unique because it's sweeter and perfectly compliments the fried chicken! Their gravy is rich and flavorful, dip your fried chicken skin in it and thank me later! Their spicy chicken sandwich was also solid and I love that they include spicy peppers in the sandwich for that extra kick! Their peach mango pie is the perfect sweet treat and comes out piping hot and fresh! Ordering is easy whether through their drive thru or inside, plenty of free parking in their lot!

They used to have one at Rally's which was good, but they took it off the menu like (not even joking...) 20 years ago. So when I saw this I was totally down. Bomb burger. Atmosphere: It's a burger joint inside. They have electronic menus too so you don't even have to talk to anyone anymore! That was ALSO not around 20 years ago. Damn I'm old. Anyway, they just remolded the place inside so it looks all new except for the hoard of boxes to the left of the registers. NGL, little wigged out by that. I think you should put all of your supplies in the back or somewhere where customers don't see your mess. Just sayin. Service: Ummm the electronic menu got our order right at least, haha! The guy that handed us our food looked nice enough but there wasn't much more than that for "service." However, this doesn't impact their score at all. Price: It's a burger. Call me old (because I am?) but hot dang when did a burger jump up to 8$ just for the burger? And it's thin meat too so like... I would expect it to actually be cheaper than a big, thick burger. I guess it's a sign of the times, but a meal will run you close to 15$ after tax. So it's not super pricy but I just feel it's a little more than I would typically pay. Overall: It's good, love the mushroom burger, not a fan of the price. I guess I should have gotten the special, I think they do one of those for 4$...? So I dunno, I'm just old. Clean up the customer seating area before I come back and I'll give that last star.

My wife tricked me into going with her to Walmart to pick up some shit, so I got to pick the spot for lunch and this is what I picked. Got there about 2 PM on Good Friday and there were a few people there but nothing crazy. Got seated right away and ordered drinks, a Pacifico for me, Sprite for the wifey - got them right away. For food, I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with tots, wifey got a regular bacon cheeseburger with everything plus fries, and I was curious so I also got the $10 chocolate (fudge) shake. Shake was delivered first. Expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. The shake was served in the metal tin, made with loads of real ice cream, whipped cream, fudge, drizzle of chocolate syrup, and chocolate sprinkles. Honestly not sure what I was thinking when mixing beer with shake, in hindsight I wouldn't do that again... but it was one of the best shakes I've had in a long while. Burgers came out shortly afterwards. Wifey's was cooked perfectly medium, which is an unusual thing for most burger places these days; most of the time when I order a burger medium, it comes out medium well or well done. These were both perfectly medium. Both burgers came out with a generous amount of potato products, more than either of us could hope to stuff down our gullets in one sitting. The food was outstanding. The service was great. The music was too loud for the wife but it was the kind of music that is supposed to be played loud so no points off for that from me. A nice vibe overall. I'll definitely be back.

If my review is confusing, it's because it really was confusing during my visit here. But that's not all. There were upstairs seating available, but NO AIR WAS AVAILABLE. It was unbearable to sit in that heat and eat comfortably in that kind of environment. I felt so nauseous during and after my visit at this location. I don't even remember how my one taco tasted.. Even later, when I threw it up later that night.. Will not go back to this location, but am willing to check out other locations.

The Filipino Breakfast just always hits at this place. I recently came here with some friends for…read morebreakfast and we ordered these Items: - Torta Talong (Whole Roasted Eggplant dipped in Egg and Fried - yummy) - Tocilog (Pork Tocino - Little too oily) - Adobosilog (Pork Adobo) - Arroz Caldo (Garlicky Rice and Chicken Porridge - I always crave this) - Pork Lumpia - Shrimp and Veggie Lumpia All of it was delicious except the Shrimp and Veggie Lumpia, which had no shrimp in it :( All the breakfast items (except the Arroz Caldo) come with 2 scoops of garlic rice, 2 eggs, slice of cucumber or tomato. It was exactly what we needed for a Saturday morning breakfast. The line can be long. The parking lot is small. Love the little Palenque (small market) decor on the inside. Lots of seating, but can get packed at breakfast time. Food is delicious. I can't wait to try the Halo Halo here next time. Thank you Jax Chibugan!

I was really looking forward to eating at Jax Chibugan, but my experience wasn't great. We waited…read more55 minutes for our food, even though there were only about six tables with customers. It wasn't even busy, and you could tell everyone was getting frustrated waiting. It was also really hot inside, so sitting there for almost an hour made it even more uncomfortable. We just wanted to eat and leave. The food was good, and that's the only reason I'm giving it any credit. But honestly, the long wait and the uncomfortable atmosphere ruined the experience for me. Would I come back? Probably not. Good food is important, but so is good service and a comfortable place to eat. I heard someone said "tang ina ang init"
