A great all around traditional burger! Would recommend to a friend. I'll give it a 7.6. Mind you I got Al's burger with the special sauce.

Firstly, the artwork is pretty rad. The cartoon potato's and burgers give the walls a bit of personality. The prices aren't awful either (for 2033 at least). We ended up getting the Al's Style one regular, one beyond burger, both with fries. First: damn the fries are good. They are crispy, but not burnt, and have a thickness to them, but aren't so massive either. They're honestly kinda, perfect. They have that rare texture you don't get from typical frozen fries. Like a shaggy crisp. I love them. The burger is great too. Solid patty, heavy with condiments, good sized lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. The beyond burger was actually pretty damn good too, I gotta say. Bonus points for having that one. I'm not a vegetarian but it's a good secondary option. Cozy joint with delicious food. The service was 10/10. The owner even invited me to get myself a free drink from their fridge. The burger was juicy and delicious. I would have preferred my meat around medium well or medium rare but still it was really good. The milkshake was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. I stopped in and ordered the Al's Style Burger. They are very thoughtful in the way they prepare their burgers. The bun was toasted to perfection and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I am normally a fan of FIVE GUYS BURGERS and the Al's Burger was just as good if not better. The kicker for me was that Al's fries were 10x BETTER than the Five Guys fries. They were crisp, crunchy and absolutely delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend trying Al's Burgers. I will definitely be a frequent visitor! read more

I don't normally leave reviews on a first visit, but based off what my tastebuds and self experienced I couldn't resist. first off, the customer service here is awesome! nice friendly staff with a smile. sincerely can feel the joy and love. the burgers were super tasty. I highly recommend getting al's burger to get the fried mustard taste. the burgers here are a nice hybrid between what you would expect to find at a charbroiled burger joint and a "craft" burger joint. it's the brioche bun for me dog. all in all 10/10 would recommend. place has a homey feel due to the good vibes. read more

Found Al's Burgers on Yelp and the family and I said let's try it! The burgers were big and very good , the fries were hot and crispy as well as the onion rings we recommended getting both. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, chicken wings and a strawberry shake. We were very pleased with the food. My daughter is picky about the burgers she eats and she agrees this place should be one of our go to restaurants. The two ladies working at the time were very nice courteous and got our orders out pretty fast which was surprising seeing all the tickets she had before us. Im a local and had been wanting to eat from here for a while now just off the smell alone when I walk by, so I recently picked up a meal from here and thought I'd share my thoughts. We went in and it wasn't busy, chill midweek day, there was one woman working there at the time I went in. She was very polite and took our order and she let us know the approximate wait time which was maybe 10-15, TBH I don't remember exactly but it was around that much of a wait, which is beyond reasonable considering it was just her in the shop at that time, I'd hate a rushed mess. When it came down to the food, it was delicious. Juicy burger patty, crispy onion rings, beautiful fries; I did ask for her to go lighter on the sauces and she was more than happy to help and she definitely delivered me MY type of burger, everything was also seasoned very well, we did get some sauces on the side which went well with rings and fries. We didn't eat for about 15-20minutes from pickup, we did let it sit in the microwave for a bit and its fries and rings were still crispy. Came to this place and was pleasantly surprised. The fries were crispy and seasoned. The chicken tenders were on point. Had a bite of a burger fresh off the grill and that was also yummy. Sampled the bacon, jalapeño, nacho cheese fries and they were fire. The right amount of spice and they give you a good size portion. Had a jalapeño popper and that was perfectly prepped and cooked well. Overall this place is bomb. I would highly recommend. This spot started out strong, and was well known for thick, juicy burgers and incredible service. That day has long passed, my friends - This spot is officially terrible. In an obvious effort to cut food cost, the famous 1/2 lb, thick Al's patty has been replaced by two frozen, cheap skinny little patties, and according to the manager, this is now policy. They were dry and over cooked. Lord help you if you order the chicken strips: They're now made out of McNugget-style processed meat instead of chicken breast. I've ordered food to go from this place a million times and it's been amazing every time but I went in for the first time today and it lived up to every expectation. Mimi was welcoming and bubbly, the kitchen is visibly clean and organized, and the bathroom was SPOTLESS. On to the food: I've never had more constant/delicious meals. Had the opportunity to eat here tonight. I ordered the beyond burger (which comes with fries contrary to their website), onion rings, and jalapeno poppers. The inside of the restaurant is super clean! I have to say, the one thing I VERY MUCH appreciate about Al's is the fact that not only do they offer a beyond burger.... But that it's NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS the regular meat burgers. The buns are super soft and their onions on the burgers are thinly sliced so you don't get a mouthful of onion. The fries are seasoned and they are very generous with their portions. I ordered the onion rings based on the photos online in hopes they were similar to the late, great boll weevil. When I got them I was skeptical that there were onions in there, but turns out there were and they were amazing!! The only thing I would recommend is to maybe cook them slightly longer to make them crunchier. The jalapeno poppers, I would take it leave them. They are large and you get 5, so a good portion in my opinion. They aren't really spicy at all, and are filled with cream cheese (no shredded or melted cheese). They are a good choice if you like jalapenos but can't do the heat. Would definitely come here again and recommend if you're in the area. read more

Came in today & ordered lemon pepper wings & was so disappointed. The guy who made my wings did not season them AT ALL. I attached a photo for proof, there's literally one SPECK of seasoning on each wing. By the time I got home I was so mad. They tasted like I ordered plain wings.
