The "taco truck" is actually set up right in front of a tire shop and next to an apartment complex they have a taco truck but they don't work from inside of it. Be careful with parking because there are signs around the apartment complex warning that cars may be towed. The parking they offer to their customers can definitely be limited when it's busy. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door, which is convenient if you want a different drink than what they offer. They have cold Cokes and apple soda, and they recently started offering horchata and jamaica. Personally, the jamaica was way too sweet for me and the horchata was very watery and not creamy enough. I drink a lot of horchata so I might be more picky than an average person. I personally stick with their apple soda. But honestly, you're here for the tacos. Their carne asada is so good perfectly smoky, generously portioned, and they give you a ton of meat and guacamole. The handmade corn tortillas make such a huge difference, too. One thing I noticed that actually makes a surprising difference is who prepares your tacos. If you get the right guy, usually one of the older gentlemen, they'll toss the sauce into the tacos for you and prepare everything really well. We once got our tacos from one of the younger guys we think he is newer since we didn't see him before and they honestly weren't nearly as good. He barely put any sauce, cilantro, or onions, and even the way he wrapped and prepared the tacos just wasn't the same he doesn't toss the sauce too. We were so unsatisfied that we actually got back in line and ordered again from the other gentleman and, they were so much better. It sounds like something small, but it genuinely made a world of difference. So if you can, I'd recommend getting your order from one of the older guys. The mulita comes in two sizes, small or large. I definitely recommend the smaller one because the large is huge. It comes with two tortillas, all the toppings and meat you'd get on a taco, plus cheese. This was actually my friend's favorite item, although I personally still preferred the tacos. The flour tortilla quesadilla, however, wasn't my favorite. The tortilla was really flaky and dry and came apart easily, which made it difficult to eat once you added all the meat and toppings. I probably wouldn't order the quesadilla again. The tacos are much better, especially because that smoky carne asada paired with their handmade corn tortillas is what really makes this place stand out. There's a small outdoor seating area with a foldable table and chairs right in front, so you don't have to eat in your car which is nice.
