Fortunately, United Tire had one in stock (they had 2!) and they were able to get it installed quickly and efficiently. Tires are expensive everywhere but the price was certainly reasonable. Job well done, no complaints :)

Tires were put on in a timely matter but I spent more time trying to get my car back than they did…read moreputting the tires on. The worker at the desk called me out while I was waiting in line and told me to pick up my car outside. I waited for 15+ minutes for my car and even saw them take it out of the shop but no one came. I called the shop from outside and asked where I was supposed to pick up my car and the worker said I could pick it up outside but didn't explain that I had to go into the work area to get my key. He said "No! Do you even have your key yet? You're supposed to grab your key from the tech." I went back in the store to ask for my key back and the worker fought with me about me not going to get a worker from the work area to get my key back. I explained that I didn't know I had to go back there and that the workers were all working on cars when I passed by. He told me "No. There's definitely workers back there. You could have asked anyone" I was tired by that point and just asked for my key back. So he took me back into the shop and grabbed my key. I had to search for my car on my own after that.A misunderstanding turned into an argument from their end.

The new owner is running things a bit differently, and I'm unsure of the experience of his team. Several of the adjacent shops recently closed and were still vacant. I'm not sure what the future holds for this building. Positives The new owner seems to be fully staffed. They check in your car and enter it into a database. They appear competent and efficient. However, I did not have any major repairs today. Today, I did an oil change and safety check, and it came out to a little over $140. ($30 for the safety check.) They seem to be relatively busy, and we have serviced all three of our vehicles here. It appears that they are set up to do most servicing and repairs. I will update my review if I need to do something other than an oil change. Negatives They accept credit cards, but I found out that they add a 3% surcharge. Unfortunately, I was informed about the charge as he was running the card. I offered to pay with my debit card, but he said it was too late. He simply tried to push the cancel button repeatedly and said, "Sorry." Suggestion For better customer service, he should have offered to do a refund and then use my debit card. Also, post a sign at the counter about new policies or charges.

They needed to order it which could take up to 3 weeks! Island living at it's finest. I did call one shop that ended up having it but since I only needed 1 tire, the man who answered was super rude and unhelpful. I called Tires Warehouse and was greeted by a super sweet lady who was so awesome and helpful! Even if their price was about $40 more than the rude guy quoted me, I knew instantly that I'd be taking my truck here. They even said they'd have time to do it that day! From the moment I dropped my truck off to pick up, everyone was so friendly! I'd definitely go back and I'm so glad I gave my business to good people. Customer service really pays off!

Highly recommend this location. They are very hard working & with the amount of calls due to the storm - I cannot share my appreciation enough for their service. I also am a huge advocate for buying the road hazard add-on. The roads on Maui have plenty hazards that I've been fortunate to have had road hazard warranty at least twice now where they replace the tire within a set amount of years. Special shout out to Trish or Trisch (not sure spelling my apologies!), for being warm & welcoming even on a day where my tow truck was really delayed to get to the shop, there are customers right and left over the island. Because I have no idea how cars work this would've potentially costed me way more money to fix if it wasn't for a good friend who went out of his way to check my car.
