My 3-scoop poke tasted great... except it didn't contain what I ordered, and the portions were small. I received tuna instead of salmon, no edamame, and got green onions which I didn't ask for. I double-checked the receipt to confirm it was entered correctly, which means the person who prepared it wasn't paying attention to the ticket. This was a delivery order, so I could not just walk back up to the counter to get it fixed. With how grossly expensive food/food service is in 2026, I fully expect my order to be correct or you lose my business, full stop. Restaurants and their employees need a stronger focus on order quality and accuracy, especially with delivery orders. Please do better for the next customer! read more

The restaurant is located in a busy shopping center (next to Board & Brew) but well worth the hassle of parking. Ordered the 2 scoop poke bowl and somehow they included some kind of spiced jalapeños I didn't see in the list of toppings. If it was on there I would've said no to them. They charge extra for the unagi even though it's literally a little strip. Not sure how I feel about paying $25 for take out lunch (I ordered Thai iced tea). Would probably prefer spending less at board and brew next door but this is a nice alternative every once in awhile. Service was friendly. Lunch was decently satisfying. We went on a Friday night and there is only one worker so expect to wait over 20' to even start getting served if there is a large party before you. Service is pretty bad and even over an hour before closing time they have ran out of a lot of toppings. Not only that, portions are extremely stingy!! Avocado is all brown and has been left out for a long time. The salmon is very chewy not fresh. We decided to try this place not expecting it to be overpriced and horrible quality. They do charge extra for unagi and avocado. Portion size is generous and they put lots of toppings on, the tuna and albacore was fresh, wish there was more wasabi in the sauce but overall filling and relatively healthy! Wanted to like it. The price seemed very high compared to most poke bowl places in Orange County.. $19 bucks for a 3 scoop basic poke bowl. I paid an extra $1.50 for my 3rd scoop option to be Unagi. They didn't even put the unagi in. So I paid a premium for a 2 scoop bowl and even felt obligated to leave a decent tip at payment since I read so much comments online from food industry workers when asking for tips.... No complaints-- at all! All the expectancies of taste in a poke bowl was SERVED by MauiPoki. The service was quick and easy, especially because I had gone around 11:30 AM for lunch. It gradually becomes busier after 12PM for the lunch rush, but no worries! They're fast with service and there are a lot of seats available. Music was also at the perfect volume and didn't overpower people's voices. I've been eating poke bowls since I was 10 & I would say that I'm very picky with admitting to good bowls. However, I did not have a single issue with this one! The salmon was fresh, the avocado was all green, and the sushi rice was perfectly moist.
