I was a little disappointed that the battered shrimp tacos are no longer on the menu, so I tried the grilled shrimp tacos instead. They were delicious and probably the healthier choice for me anyway! I love CA fish grill it's worth for the price and never had a bad fish here! This place is located inside a plaza but can get busy since there's a bunch of other restaurants. My go to is the white fish with the garlic butter sauce, go to sides are beans and the zucchini. This time I got brown rice and fries, fries are a bit soggy. I've also gotten fish and chips and tacos, both are solid and large in portion. Overall fresh fish and fast service! What? I could've sworn I already wrote a review for this place. I was so glad when they opened several years ago. They have yummy flavors on all their food. I found their taco Tuesday specials a couple years ago and I feel like it's the best deal. Since then, though, they have taken off the salmon tacos. Which is kind of sad. But for taco Tuesday, it's a great place to go. I also love all their sides. However, most of them do have an extra up charge which adds up fast! The pricing definitely has gone up. I got some vouchers from my work place so I was able to try CFG! I got some tacos to share, we got the battered fish, cajun fish, shrimp, and chicken. The battered fish was the best, love the toppings and sauce that goes with it. The shrimp was a little ocean tasting. The chicken was also good, it's a pretty big taco, so I got full off of 2. The tortilla is soft and the toppings that go with it are good. I also got the passion fruit drink and it was surprisingly really good, but a bit too sweet personally for me! Thank you Antonio and Kimberly for helping me. I was having a hard time ordering on the kiosk, but Antonio helped me and made sure I was happy! He was super nice and endearing . I decided to try their Everything Protein Bowl instead of my usual order, Grilled Swai with garlic butter with white rice and fries. I've been upping my protein intake and trying to eat healthier. Wow, it was filling. It had Cajun shrimp, salmon, swai (white fish), and grilled chicken with white rice, beans, diced tomatoes, some sort of chili mix, and chopped parsley. It also came with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa. NGL, it's not as good as my usual order, but it packs a total of 56 grams of protein. And it's still delicious.
