This poke spot is conveniently located in the Marketplace next to Panda Express. There is a lot of parking nearby since it's a fairly large plaza. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the interior is very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, I felt that the service was definitely lacking. Most of the employees were talking to each other and it was very hard to get their attention. They also didn't notify me that my order was ready and I had to come to the front and ask for it. I ordered a poke bowl with two scoops of protein, as well as an Alaskan roll. The poke bowl was on the pricier side, and I felt as though the portions weren't big enough to justify the price. It was also $2 for a small amount of avocado, when many other places offer it for free. The Alaskan roll tasted amazing, but it took a while for it to be ready since there was only one person preparing the food in the kitchen. They do offer a discount on specialty rolls if you order a poke bowl or sushi burrito, which is nice. Overall, I wouldn't order a poke bowl here again. I don't think it's worth the price for what you get. Although the specialty rolls are a bit expensive, they were more filling than the poke bowl and tasted better. We LOVE H2O Poke! It is located in the Marketplace so parking isn't an issue. Restroom is always clean. Restaurant is always clean with plenty of seating. My son and I come here all the time. We love that the poke is fresh and there's plenty of toppings to choose from. No matter what mix I get, it's always good. This is our go to spot for quick sushi, quick meaning you cannot sit down at a full service restaurant and wait for sushi. Updated review! Originally 4 stars because I only had one other poke bowl place for comparison. Now that I have sampled many, H20 Poke is one of the better poke places. I also recently discovered the best food invention: sushi burritos! I was so into poke bowls I didn't even notice that this chain offered sushi burritos. I thought it was a new recent add-on to the menu but my husband is certain he saw it on the menu when the restaurant opened. Regardless, the sushi burritos here are incredible. I don't even order the bowls anymore. Nothing against the poke bowls, I just much prefer the sushi burrito. The burrito is plenty of food for 1 person. Honestly, half a burrito is usually all I need. It's super filling. Add a sushi roll and you are good to go for a meal for 2 people. The location is usually never too crowded but even if there is a long line to order it moves very quick. They are very generous with the toppings, however I was not informed the avocado would be an additional $2... that is more than an entire avocado at the grocery store. This was my first time trying this place. I ended up going before closing time and I wish I got there sooner. The worker helping me was very friendly. I asked if he preferred the sushi rice or green tea rice and he said he loved the green tea rice. I was sold with the green tea rice however they barely had any left. He decided to give me what was remaining and added on sushi rice which I didn't mind. I also liked when he asked me if the amount of rice was alright or if I wanted more. Also, they offered a free protein (spicy tuna or crabmeat). I decided to get the spicy tuna. I don't think it would have mattered if i got either or since I still got crabmeat as one of my protein choice along with scallops and salmon. For my add ons I got: cucumber, green and red onions, edamame, ginger, seaweed salad with their H20 signature sauce. I added tempura flakes and crispy onions as well drizzled spicy mayo on top. Honestly, the green tea rice is a game changer! I definetly need to come back during the day to get more of this. The fish was fresh and didn't taste fishy at all. This was my first time here and after going to pokeworks for my weekly assortment of poke, I now found a new spot to go to. I was recently recommended this spot since my friend thoroughly enjoyed the service as well as the portion sizes given. For me, I do appreciate quality of fish but I also love it when a place gives massive portions. Here, a 3 protein bowl (but technically 4 protein), is 15.00 flat with taxes included. I love how it's 15.00 flat and no extra coins at the end, makes it paying with cash a lot easier. The way it works is sort of like a chipotle. They ask what you would like (bowl or burrito), and if you get the bowl, they ask you what you want for your base. Then they ask if you want crab meat or spicy tuna (these are apart of your free protein!). Then you move onto the other proteins (salmon, ahi tuna, etc). Then you choose your condiments and sauces and you pay. I got sushi rice as my base. I got the double portion of salmon, and ahi tuna. For my free protein, I got the crab meat (regret not getting spicy tuna). As for condiments, I got cucumber, edamame, red onions, sliced jalapeno, and some other toppings. That is all mixed up into a h20 signature sauce with a sriracha aioli. It's a really good combo! Sweet and a little heat. Then on top, I just topped it off with seaweed salad, onions crisps and tempura flakes. Also their bowl size is huge! I did not expect that big of a bowl and it's such a major upgrade from pokeworks. As for the taste of the fish itself, it honestly tasted pretty good considering it's a poke shop. I think for quality, I'd give it a solid 3.9/5. It's not bad like it's definitely fresh. If I want poke again, i think this is the spot to go to! P.S. Lots of parking, so don't worry about it. read more

I had the Albacore lover roll. Listen, this thing was so gross. The roll had spicy tuna and a little bit of cucumber inside and seared albacore on top. Must be new owner or just new attitudes. The ladies behind the counter had an overwhelming attitude(one of them was Elise). My friend and I drive out here from HB after our morning runs pre pandemic and we remembered everyone was nice especially the older (not too old) gentleman at the checkout. Today, I told the lady, I wanted rice in my bowl and automatically, she puts white rice not asking me if i wanted green tea rice or white. I asked, "what happened to the green tea rice?", she looks and stares at me, then she gets another bowl, puts about 3/4 full in to the bowl leaving just a small space for my proteins at that point. They have a good selection of protein but they give very little this time, not sure what happened . This is probably why they fill the bowl with rice ‍. Food was ok. Usually, I could taste the sauce more, today the ginger sesame sauce was almost bland. We always eat outside. Recommend? The restaurant required masks (made them available at the entrance for customers) and did not have a long wait. It's a typical poke spot in the sense that you go down the assembly line and pick your base, protein, toppings and sauces as you go. I've been coming to this spot for awhile now. It has a decent portion size and the fish is relatively fresh. I really enjoy their sauces and the promotion of free spicy tuna or crab meat. The one issue I have is the service. On two different occasions, I've ordered since the toppings are poured over the rice after they've been mixed ; when they try to close the container it doesn't close. The first time this happened I didn't realize it and when I got into the car I realized my poke leaked all over the bag and it was a HUGE mess. The second time this happened, I had asked the server if she can place the toppings or mixins in a separate bowl if they won't fit and she ignored me. Then she poured it over , it spilled so she place the cardboard bowl in another one and then forced the cap on and it was about to explode . Then she charged me for it and I was in utter shock.
