Mac and cheese, no no no flavor, Do I have covid???? Nope, added my own seasoning and still not good.

Was super excited to try their food! Looks great online ordered mule items. Fried green tomato slider tasted fishy, I even gave it a second bit to make sure ~ick. Mashed potatoes so freaking salty they were unpalatable, and I salt. Maybe the cook double salted the potatoes and forgot the mac and cheese with absolutely no flavor, salt, pepper, nothing. Super bland. The house rolls are also eh, dry and hard, would be good paper weight if the bottoms weren't greasy.

I found Flavorz on Facebook and seen that they have a rotating specials menu as well as a regular menu. So I followed the page and kept an eye on their rotating menu. Even though everything sounded great, I ordered on a day that Meatball subs was the special, as this is my husband's favorite type of sub. So I ordered ahead and drove over to the restaurant. When I walked in, I noticed a wall of coolers for a variety of drinks (from Faygo, Juices, pop, etc), as well as a large chalk board menu and dessert case. There is also plenty of indoor seating as well as a bright interior. I walked up to the counter and gave my name, paid and had a seat. It took a little longer than expected but between walk in ordering and phone calls, I can tell they were busy. When I got home, the sub was huge - it had 4 large meatballs on it that were perfectly cooked... it was an excellent meatball sub and my husband (picky eater) agreed. We will definitely be going back to order other specials, especially the Zuppa Tuscano (soup). Highly recommend and prices are beyond reasonable for the quality and portion.

Sauder's Village Barn Restaurant…read more We've delighted in several visits to this property. Friday night Buffet was packed. We have greatly enjoyed National Conferences in US from Boston to San Francisco, and it is a joy to attend the Sons of American Revolution Conference at Sauder's Village in Archbold. Always something about hotel lobbies, fireplaces, and good friends that is satisfying. The Friday night buffet is BBQ, and following a week of Great Smokies's dining, we were eager to enjoy "German style" meals. Brisket was better than southern; pulled pork had no flavor; ribs were burned; great salad bar; very few veggies. Locals love this place and we recommend. Neat and different ambience. Servers are first rate. Large parking lot. Older couples are attracted to buffets.

Our salads were fresh, crisp and plentiful. Of course, I like the fact there are green olives available. Fried chicken was delicious (hubs favorite) and beef and noodles giving me thoughts of Sunday family dinners. Tapioca pudding and fruit slices with an iced tea completed our meal. Not to forget the ambiance of this restaurant. The waitstaff, interior and over all feeling take you back many years. Prices are fair, buffet is above average, friendly service and unique setting. They are open every day except Sundays and Mondays. Enjoy!

I should've looked at the inside pictures more. My bad. :( The woman that runs a shop is sweet and friendly and helpful. She does events for the local kids and veterans. She also has classes for date nights and other events, for anyone that wants to learn how to make pierogi. The pierogi are all frozen, order and pay at the front counter. All orders are bagged. A small sheet of paper to give instructions on how to cook the pierogies in a pan with some butter. Suggested to eat with some sautéed onions and or sour cream for some. I got the chicken pot pie, the mushroom and mozzarella, cheddar, the potato and garlic, sauerkraut and mushroom, sauerkraut and onion. $87.04 The chicken pot pie comes with gravy and some crumbs to put on top. They have 25 different flavors, however, they were out of many and sold out , especof all the extra fellas. We cooked up the pierogi, sautéed some onions, kielbasa, kraut. We ate the potato and mushroom and mozzarella pierogi with the onions, cream cheese or sour cream. Pierogi took about 6-8 minutes on medium heat on the stovetop to brown some. The mushroom wasn't my favorite, as the mushrooms would gush out some water from it, was a rather unexpected experience, not for me. The mushroom and cheese were decent. The kraut and onion and the chicken pot pie fell apart somewhat during the cooking and flipping for us. The potatoes were as expected, not too bad.
