This location made me realize why I don't like to step foot inside Ross and haven't much in the past few years. The stores are a complete mess and disorganized. The employees while not intentionally rude, they don't tend to care about providing friendly service. I realized recently that Ross has a decent selection of sandals and as my son is growing quickly, already 3 sizes since the summer started, I wanted to spend less on flip flops and slides. Ross has decent brands for under $15 so this is why we came and I will continue to visit for that reason, but other than that I avoid Ross as much as possible. As per usual they have like 2 cashiers with a line going all the way back to middle of the store. While I was here a customer wanted to return one a they told them they had to wait is the same line she left a said she would never shop here again. There are other employees that look like they could help at register but they are assigned to Jack there credit card. I don't like any ROSS stores because they don't seem to care about the customers time an they never have enough cashiers . I'm only becayse t my wife shops here because there is no TJ MAX in this location. read more

I really wanna get this place three stars or less because when I just visited the store was mostly empty. I almost thought maybe they were closing down. There's some things that annoy me about the store. You can't take your shopping carts out in the parking lot so no matter how much junk you buy and you got to try to carry it all out so basically you make multiple trips and hope somebody doesn't take your crap in the car. Now you might think that's kind of unlikely however they have paid security guards in here for a reason. Today when I went in the changing rooms were closed because they probably didn't wanna bother to sanitize them which meant the bathroom was also closed and that is highly inconvenient. When I tell you this place was empty, I mean it didn't have much merchandise. There were still several people in their shopping. But I noticed in this place is that they love to line people up they never have enough people to work the check out no matter how early or late you arrive you know you're gonna wait in line that's just the way they are here so if you come in expecting that then you won't be disappointed I guess. The prices are right which is why we all come back. You can get some super good deals on sheets and towels and it's a good place to shop for your college kids when they're getting ready to go back to school. The checkout people are hit or miss, sometimes they're nice sometimes they're not the security guy has been friendly the last few times I've been in so if you're in the market for bargain sheets and towels this is a good place to go however maybe not right now because they don't have much of anything in stock like literally. read more

I came here yesterday with my mom to take her shopping. We had just come from Marshall's and decided to check out this place, too. I was impressed like DeeDee H. This store seemed clean & organized and the staff was super nice and helpful. This definitely made it easy to shop. And shop we did..... We were trying on clothes and the lady supervising the fitting room area was very polite. Their system of filling the fitting rooms worked well and it was really organized. No huge messy piles of clothes everywhere. Everything was buttoned and hung back up on racks. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience as we ended up spending a little over $300 after it was all said & done. I would highly recommend coming here for some really good deals or if you are looking for some new items to replace the old. 5 STARS! read more

I am super cheap and the ultimate bargain shopper. This is my go to store when i am looking for a hard to find item. They get batches of items. So it may vary by week on the products. Th y carry everything from pots and pans to socks. If your looking for. College dorm room on a budget or a bedroom make over this is your store. read more

My friend wanted to come here to look for some Decor to finish decorating her apartment. While they have some nice things available it really isn't a broad selection of things to choose from. I will say that their prices are fair and you can definitely get quite a bit for your money. It's not as organized as I thought it would be but with it being extremely packed and some people picking things up and placing them in other random sections of the store when they figure they don't want them could have something to do with that. We weren't in here long but it is definitely somewhere I would come back to just hopefully on a less busier day. Maybe sometime during with week when the lines aren't wrapped around the whole front of the building. While there is a staff member at the front to greet you coming in it's hard to find an associate on the floor should you need help locating something or wanting to check if they actually could possibly carry the item you are looking for. Again this may have something to do with how busy it was but over all it's still somewhere I'd come back to. read more

The options for men are few and far between in discount stores like this. Ross was my second to last stop after hitting all the others first, simply chosen by distance from my house. Ross did have the largest selection to choose from when comparing stores though the quality was really lacking in almost every item I looked over. Having to be forced to hang up my three shirts so the dressing room attendant could physically count them before entering was off putting, though understandable. Having to repeat the same process when exiting is what got me. It felt like I was accused of stealing something. That's never a good feeling to have when your just trying to find a shirt to buy. I give two stars for largest selection around. Minus three stars goes to quality of products and strong-armed dressing room tactics. read more

This one was actually pretty clean and organized. Typically Ross is so scattered, that I get a headache trying to figure out where to begin. They have some pretty decent deals on most things. I tend to daydream about the things I'd buy if I owned my home. Sucks to live in an apartment that you cannot put a hole in the wall to hang your pretty things! Note to self... find a home to purchase SOON! I did find a steal on a new pair of shoes. I realized today that I must be getting old, because I hate to wear high heels! Walked up to the register after having been called to come over. And literally the cashier then ignores me for what felt like a minute to have a conversation with another employee. Doesn't talk to me or say a word other than "grab your receipt," definitely won't be making it a priority to go there again. They make me feel like I am a burden because they have to do their jobs. I don't go here that often, and when I do, I HATE trying on clothes. The women who run the back just act like their job is AWFUL and you are a thief. They just give you dirty looks and seem angry with the world. Well tonight, Joenita was working and she was just super pleasant. When I walked away, she took a phone call and I could hear how sweet she was on the phone as well. I walked back to say something to her and she was just a very nice woman all the way around. I hope Ross gives her a raise, finally an employee that acts like they like their job at Ross! As for selection, the store is ok. Hit or miss on what you can find. read more
