There were 2 signs that said 39.00 but they refused to sell it to me, I asked if I could speak to you Abby, they said you were not there. I left without the sweater also no other items, very disappointed in the service I received. I have never had this issue before, they may have forgotten to take the $39.00 sign down, but the 2 signs were up as I shopped, so much for the customer being right. Thank you Abby for a beautiful store, sorry I had to write this review !!!

Of course I look for the clearance items and then the sale items I need . First, the racks of clothes are so packed that you could hardly get an item out to even look at it. The clothes would get tangled with other items. Just a royal pain. Because they have the coupons and reward if you spend $50 get $10 off next purchase; the mark up is atrocious. It's March and they still have Christmas stuff only 70% off. There was a holiday toss pillow at $25 it was originally $85. REALLY?? Not sure it's all that good of a deal at Kohls But I do want to acknowledge it is a clean store
