What a great place - wish we could have stayed longer! Most of the lodgings are "sheep wagons" - custom built with queen sized MemoryFoam mattresses and small wood stoves. (There are a couple of rooms in the main house as well.) We were in the River Wagon, with a great view. The main house and deck also offer a stunning view of the river - and are used in common by all the guests. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the guests can use the fresh eggs from the chickens and the organic vegetables from the garden. There are expansive vegetable gardens, fruit orchards, tumbling pigeons, bee hives, two chicken coops, grape arbors, a wood-fired sauna, koi pond, swimming hole and beach, regulation-sized pickle ball court, fire pit and a Hecate Labyrinth.
AND on top of all that - the staff are amazing. read more
