The noodle salad has a light taste without adding the given lime piece, and then the rich nutty taste gets evoked and elevated upon adding lime juice. The zaap crispy has very well-seasoned fried chicken pieces, and medium spice level gives it a good amount of flavor. The shan khao soi is so creamy and tasty that even tasting the curry broth itself is a sensational experience, and the chicken leg included literally has "fall off the bone" meat. The boat noodle has a mixture of sweetness and savor, while the sweet flavor does not overpower anything at all. Finally, the mohinga clearly has fish cake flavor and texture fully infused, making it authentically delicious. We also ordered the knyaw iced salad, which was a mixture of ice along with crackers and other types of sweet ingredients. I thought it was very similar to a type of Vietnamese dessert called chè ba màu (three color pudding), and fully enjoyed it. The establishment only had one dessert, and I thought that was sufficient. While the street contains many excellent restaurants, I personally believe that this establishment stands out in terms of taste. The website and social media provide no instructions about which gate to use for entry. Flynt and Kyndle is on the club level. It's supposed to have restricted access. Our reservation was for 5:30 on a Minnesota Wild game day, which was 15 minutes before all gates opened. Thankfully, I found a review by someone on Yelp who detailed their own hassles in accessing the restaurant. We therefore knew to use the River Centre tunnel to find Gate 5. We joined many other people with early reservations. We ended up heading the line to go through security. From there, we took two long staircases up to the club level. Flynt and Kyndle was to the left, a short walk away. We were immediately seated. The way that the menu works is that there is a set menu each night. People don't get any choice about what they get; they get a sampling of all items listed. I do mean sampling. From the start, I was questioning the common sense of whoever coordinated the meal. The appetizer included two dishes. The 'grilled bread' was not grilled or hot, but consisted of two rolls along with cold, impossible-to-spread herb butter. Those tasted fine. The second dish was a bacon-covered cheese ball, which was served with thin tortilla chips. The chips were too fragile to dip into the cheese ball, and also too fragile to spread cheese on. The chips just shattered to pieces. My husband saw some other tables received something like club crackers instead; those, at least, could have the cheese spread onto. We ordered some drinks, too. My husband had two beers over the course of the meal. I had the special drink, The Flower, which was tasty and very pretty, but I think the servers were told to push people to buy it, as our server asked if I wanted a second one about 5 times. The next course had two salads, a pear salad and a fire-roasted sweet potato salad. I loved both, and they were my favorite course. My husband wasn't enthused with the toppings, but he enjoyed the spinach leaves. We agreed the dressings for both were great. After we were done with our salads, we had a 20 minute wait for our main course. The time was easy to track because the countdown to the start of the game began on the TV suspended above. Judging by how we saw a main entree go past us, and our server shouted "no!" to the delivery guy as he set everything on a table in another server's section, we are guessing that our order was given to someone else. In any case, we had a long stint of nothingness, with no food, no service. We finished off our water and never had a another bottle brought out. When the food finally came out, the meat portions were... meager. Mind you, they were delicious, but my husband probably could've had them all himself and not been full. The three meats that night were beef short ribs, roasted turkey breast, and smoked ham. The two sides were roasted Brussel sprouts and cheesy whipped potatoes. The meats were hot. The sides were barely above room temperature, which was a real shame, because the flavors and textures in both were great. We couldn't quibble, though, because at that point, we'd almost been there an hour and we really needed to get to our seats. Fortunately, when my husband asked for the check, it came out right away, so payment was done in a matter of minutes. I am deeply disappointed with our experience. The restaurant has a lot of promise, but from food to service, everything feels bungled.
