I visited Crisp & Green on a Sunday afternoon. I had never been but was looking forward to having something healthy and fresh. Upon entry I was met with a bright open space. Unfortunately things went downhill after that. We stood around with no one behind the counter offering a greeting or taking our order. I finally asked "how do we order?" And was told oh please wait. I ordered a chicken pesto parm salad, the chicken was cut to large and I wasn't given the proper rice instead a mix of old brown rice and quinoa, I was also didn't get much lettuce in my salad... imagine that! I can't say I was impressed with the customer service at Crisp & Green or the overall quality of what I ordered. read more

I stopped by lifetime next door and was hungry for a snack so I decided to come try one of the new crisp and green smoothies. It was pretty busy when I arrived with a bit of a line, but things moved quickly. I believe it was the manager who helped me, she was so friendly and helpful too! I tried the blue boost smoothie which has blue spirulina and 22 grams of protein I believe, it tasted great! It was little bit on the plain side though but it still kept me satisfied and it was really pretty. There's not a ton of parking but I was still able to find a spot, overall great experience and I am excited to come back and try other flavors! read more

My go to restaurant for feel good healthy food that puts a smile on my face every time! The location is on ford parkway, a busy road, but I have no issues finding a parking spot in their small lot. At most I've only ever waited 15 minutes in a line that went all the way to the door. Bowls are made to order, chipotle style, with premade bowls or build your own options! All ingredients are fresh and high quality and I've always felt full after a bowl. My fav bowl is definitely the bold and the buffalo, and my partners fav is sweet child of mine (a seasonal in the fall that is so sooo good!) Their agua frescas are great, and I love the smoothies as well. Will be coming back to this Crisp and green many many times read more

I have been a big crisp and green fan and have visited many times and many different locations. I tried the new crispy chicken teriyaki salad on the spring/summer 24 menu and e joyed the flavor and crunch! I also love the Meyer lemon raspberry agua Fresca. My only criticism is that the bathrooms were quite gross. The floors were sticky and the soap was duct taped to the wall. This was a bummer as I have always thought of C&G as a high quality fast casual restaurant. We also waited at the front of the line for a few minutes before we were addressed by a staff member as they were busy fulfilling online orders or making food in the back. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, tasty dressings, and creative combos. Literally everything you could dream for in a salad shop! I CRAVE these salads. Their app is especially great for making customized orders and picking them curbside. I love how easy it is! My current favorite salad is the cClassic Chicken Caesar. I like the addition of the sunflower seeds. The roasted chicken has some flavor and isn't bland. The Parmesan comes in these beautiful crusted sheets that as so tasty and mix easily into the salad once broken up. My slight complain is that I wish the salads would come with just a little bit more dressing. I know an additional container can be purchased but I only need a tiny bit more lol. read more

Total 5 star rating! It's hard to find a really healthy option when you are in MN. I am so happy to see places like this popping up and becoming popular. My son and I went on a very long hike and wanted something clean for lunch so hit Crisp and Green up. We looked at the website and were originally just going to order smoothies, but when we got there and saw the salads we couldn't resist. I ordered the Thai and stop me salad and the Sunrise smoothie. My salad was hands down amazing. Im gluten and dairy free so I went this route and I am beyond happy with it. I will definitely be back for salads. The smoothie...not so much. I usually love protein smoothies but the pea protein leaves a really "floury" coating in your mouth and a little after taste that wasn't the best. I wouldn't get another one there. My son ordered the Seoul Bowl and it was fantastic as well. He didn't want to share outside of a "taste". I don't blame him because I wasn't going to share mine either. He ordered the Daily Grind smoothie, he liked it for the most part and I thought it had good flavor, but again you get that weird after taste and coating. Melissa's service is great - I feel like even the team is in a better mood when Melissa's on shift. I've started eating at Crisp & Green after moving to Minnesota from California where I ate primarily Sweetgreen salads. This location is spot-on, and when you ask for light dressing - they give you light dressing. The other St. Paul location insists on covering my leaves in mayo, idk. But Ford Pkwy with Melissa - is GREAT. One other manager might stare at you if he misjudges that you're a Doordash driver and ask what you're waiting for after you stand there with food in your hand for 5 minutes. Crisp & Green is a welcome addition to the Highland Park community. There are so many fresh and healthy options to choose from. I love that you can customize the salads to your taste too. I usually get the Cinco de Light with salsa in it (the salsa here is ridiculously good!) or the Wild Wild Southwest with Jalapeños to spice it up a little more. The only thing better than their salads is the loyalty program. It's free to join and you get $10 rewards for every 100 points you earn. I think it's one of the best/most generous loyalty programs out there. Just download the app and you're in. I have been going here for about 2 years and over the last 6 months every experience I have has been worse and worse. Often they are slow to fulfill an order, don't know how to use their systems, and today provided me with 2 tasteless smoothies for free after loosing my order in their app system. Omg so good! I had the strawberry smoothie and the create your own bowl, with chickpeas, spinach, carrots, apples and the jalapeño lime dressing which was tasty ! The smoothie tastes like the healthy version of Jamba Juice, you can tell it's actually healthy and doesn't contain a lot of sugar.
