It's all a bit of a blur now. It was late at night by the time I rolled into Caldwell, and I'd been on the road since before the sun came up. But a fella needs to get gas, and I'm one of those "we're making good time" types, and that's exactly what we found here--gasoline on the quick. Caldwell is also a bit more convenient in general, more so than getting off the freeway somewhere much closer to Boise. For me it wasn't really an option because I'm also one of those "see how far we can actually make it on a tank of gas" types, and I knew Boise was a bridge too far. Happy happenstance that this Maverik was gleaming under lights off the freeway when I got off and rolled in. Could I have made it farther? I mean, not according to the onboard computer. I come here almost everyday and nothing changed. I know almost everyone that works there. They have good service in all its just sometimes I wish the prices would go down a little bit. I tried to get a small bag of chips and their price was 4 99. To much money for a tiny bag of chips. Not just that but when I tried to pay the cashier never talked besides saying ¨is that it¨. This is not a truck stop. We have a big rig motorhome towing a car. We always go to Loves or Pilot to refuel and DEF, but we decided to go to a Maverik because we had been to one that was a real truck stop and it was so easy and very nice,clean store. At this one we BARELY got into a lane and there was no DEF. It was very crowded and it was difficult to maneuver. We won't stop at a Maverik again as we don't know what we would find. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. the cashier was so rude we left without purchasing the drink we stopped for. We don't buy gas ever from there due to poor quality but occasionally will stop for a drink or fritter. Never again. read more

Sticky concrete around pumps and all the way into store. Restroom was even worse. Urine all around. Could not get close to use. So gross. Dirty sink. Soap dispenser would not work. No paper towels. Bad, sickening experience. read more

My husband tried to use the "X Act Air"machine that's supposed to fill up air in the tires. After putting in money he try to fill the tires with air and it did not work. He went inside the Maverick gas station to request a refund because the machine was defective. They refused to give him a refund. Furthermore they told him that people often have difficulty with this machine and lose money. To be clear it is on the gas station property.
