I called and asked how this happened and for them to take some responsibility and recourse. The pharmacist who Walgreens refuses to tell me who they are refused to fill my son's EpiPen, and also started pretending like I was saying horrible things on the other end of the phone to her. I went to speak to the manager, Paul about her behavior, and Paul is not even the manager. He would not tell me who the pharmacist is and when I tried to take a picture of his name tag so that I could have his information he forced me out of the store. Walgreens corporate is taking care of it and has let me know what her name is it is Malwina Sarnas.
