After calling a mobile mechanic and having looks at my engine. There was oil all over my engine, transmission and other things it is not suppose to. When pulling the dip stick out the engine was dry. The mobile mechanic cleaned my whole engine and transmission off removing the oil. He also completed a step by step oil change showing me the old o ring that was not changed. This O ring comes with the filter and is supposed to be changed every oil. My O ring was not only old but was damaged in the oil change process. The manager and customer service has yet to get back to me about anything! I have not received the money for the mobile mechanic. I have talked to the customer service and they told me there was nothing that they could do but I would receive a call to go over my case within THREE days! It is now over a week later. I have received no call, no money back, not even a number to call with the issues my engine is having! No rental, the store manager Harry couldn't even give me an apology and has been avoiding my calls each and now blocked my number. I have not seen or heard anything from their customer service department and this is ridiculous!!!! I have pictures at video that my lawyer will be receiving.

What followed was a nearly three-hour wait with no meaningful communication. I understand that Pennsylvania inspections can take 30-90 minutes depending on workload. However, I received no proactive updates as 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30 passed. The only communication I received was an automated text stating my vehicle would be ready at 5:00 PM. That time passed as well. My vehicle was finally ready at 5:48 PM -- almost three hours after arriving for a scheduled appointment. At no point did anyone explain the delay, provide a revised time estimate, or offer even a simple apology. Delays can happen in any service environment. The issue here was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and basic customer care. Appointments should have meaning. If the shop was running significantly behind schedule, setting expectations or providing updates would have made a substantial difference. I hope management reviews their scheduling and communication practices so future customers are treated with greater professionalism and respect for their time.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the way my vehicle was handled by this shop…read more A month ago, my car showed sensor warning lights, so I specifically brought it in to make sure the vehicle was SAFE to drive. At that time, I had absolutely NO brake issues whatsoever. My brakes were working fine before bringing my car to this shop. After a test drive, I was told to first get an oil change elsewhere because they had no openings that day, and then return for diagnostics regarding the sensor lights. We followed their instructions exactly and returned the car. I paid $517.06 for repairs that included fixing broken wiring to the right front wheel and replacing the front wheel ABS speed sensor. I was also told the ABS module was bad and expensive to replace, but Liz clearly told me that replacing the module was NOT necessary and that the car would still be safe to drive as long as the dashboard lights did not bother me. I even asked again, in front of a witness, if the car would be safe after the repairs, and I was reassured that it would be. Only TWO WEEKS later, my brakes completely failed while driving. The car would barely stop. We immediately brought it back to the shop. They kept the car for days and then charged us another $1,871.48 for brake repairs, including calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and the master cylinder. After continuing to have issues, they kept the car again for over two additional weeks and charged us another $187.62. In total, we paid $2,576.16 When we When we contacted the shop, instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame us and claimed they had warned us about the ABS module causing brake failure -- which is absolutely NOT what we were told originally. They even added wording to the receipt claiming we ACKNOWLEDGED that the brake system could fail without replacing the module. What they did not know is that I recorded the conversation where we were specifically told the car would still be safe to drive without replacing the module. I specifically explained that icdidnt want to put mlney if it was too expensive but ehat they y did not know is that I recorded the conversation where we were specifically told the car would still be safe to drive without replacing the module. Throughout this entire process, we were repeatedly told "they are working on it," while being left without answers, without reliable transportation, and paying thousands of dollars for repairs that still did not fix the problem. This experience has been stressful, expensive, and honestly terrifying. Brake failure is not a minor issue -- it puts lives at risk. I strongly encourage others to ask questions, document everything, and get second opinions before trusting major safety repairs here.
