I went to my dealership (which i should've done in the first place) and they said that my tires are chopped up so bad on the insides it sounds like a wheel bearing issue when it's not. they told me to go back to firestone to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. when i did, MARK the manager insulted my intelligence and belittled my situation. he said things like "if you're going to come in here with vinegar i'll give it right back, if you come in with honey then we can maybe work something out" and "well you get what you pay for" and "you put in 5 dollars that's all you'll get back". he then writes me up a quote for the same economic tires i did not want equaling out to the exact same cost of the tires i purchased here not even two years ago. so their solution to their alignment ruining my new tires i purchased from them? to buy new tires again for the same amount. saying they cut me a deal because i should've got "road hazard". He kept mentioning this "road hazard protection" being the reason he couldn't help me..when the tires started cupping due to their back to back faulted alignment NOT due to my driving. ALSO PSA do not waste your money buying tires here. Their "economy brand" is $50 cheaper than high rated name brand tires like Goodyear & Kuhmo. Just stick with your dealership!! Even Pepboys would be better

It is definitely worth the money to get their lifetime alignment.

While other auto shops require a fee for evaluation, Dave's automotive provided it free and even wrote up a very thorough inspection of my suspension. While I did not need to fix the findings immediately, I feel good about utilizing Dave's in the future. Another plus is how nice and upbeat everyone is from pick up/send back service to the service specialist. That speaks volume to the business when their employees are noticeably happy!

I would have preferred to order the tires through Greg's to support a local business, but with snow coming I was not able to accept the lead time - I needed a special size that I wouldn't expect them to carry, so for most people this probably wouldn't be an issue. In any case, the team was very understanding and didn't hold it against me. The tires were mounted (and old tires disposed) for about $145. They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. I will definitely go back to Greg's the next time I need tires.

They completely fixed the brake problem, needing to replace hoses to brakes, flush lines and install new rotors and pads. I watched the video of her slamming the door several times. You explained the work that had to be done... isn't that your job to explain? She replaced the part that was needed to pass inspection. You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? Maybe you're confused since the only rude person was you and your worker. Her car was less important than others but your concerned about safety? Glad to know you discriminate against cars. The car wasn't driven for a year so getting inspected wasn't top priority. She harassed you? How exactly? Tires weren't that bad if they passed. You informed her that if the light was off you would pass it if it was off !!! So when she brought back after you turned off light it came back on so she got the correct part for 100$ and had installed ! So no she didn't keep bringing the car back. She followed what you said. Bad lug nuts and windshield wipers( that were just replaced last year) isn't exactly something that would hurt another person. For a 2012 Nissan with 144k doesn't look that scratched up to me. Dropped off and had minor work done that shouldn't take more than an hour. He had the car all day. Car failed inspection. Brought back the next day. He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. The girl working there looks angry and mean. Not good for business. Learn to smile a bit
