He was driving his car (Kia) when it suddenly exploded with smoke coming out the front of it. Luckily he was able to turn off into a parking lot, which happens to be where this Mavis is located. He had no intent to leave it there but these guys helped out and alerted us to a hole that got blown out the bottom of it when the explosion happened. I bought my truck new in 2022 and have always kept up with maintenance at the Chevy dealership--yet somehow, my original air filter was never replaced. Jacklyn caught it immediately, showed me, and I was honestly horrified knowing my daughter has severe asthma and had been breathing through that old filter. They swapped it out on the spot and explained everything so clearly. The mechanics also only put on 1 bulb on my license plate light and he still made me pay for the inspection. I went to another place for a second opinion and I passed with zero issues, with a disclaimer about struts. Also the black guy with the bunched up dreads was mean mugging me when I left my paperwork in the car my bad bro. Don't show up at 8 a.m when it opens either because legit he is in a bad mood, like no "Hello" or anything, dead stare, I felt like I did something to him bro I'm sorry.
