The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

As I prepared to leave, I realized my brakes no longer worked and my trunk wouldn't open--problems I never had before bringing my car in. When I confronted them, their response was simply, "That's not our problem, your car is old." They told me to leave with a vehicle that had no brakes, completely ignoring the danger they created. I went back to the same Valvoline and Rasheed helped me. Sometimes being a woman who doesn't know much about machines and cars your talked to like an idiot. Rasheed was the exception. He was kind, he was polite & made me feel heard. He immediately checked the connections to make sure they were secured correctly etc. It was not the problem. He tried a few other things and shortly after the error message cleared! These guys are your common criminals and should be put to jail for ripping people off. They don't deserve to have the privilege of running a shop or be in business. Their only interest is making the sale for their own commissions. So be aware of these thieves. I learned the hard way. And my vehicle is still not in order after THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. So they don't even deserve any stars and the words I have expressed is not even a fraction of what and who they really are. Last week I came to STS for a four tire change and I was very happy with the results. The service was amazing! The job was done quickly and efficiently with many friendly workers coming to my aid for the job. A technician Travis even went on a test drive with me to make sure I was happy with the alignment. The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees. Establishment was clean, parking lot is big and close by surrounding dealerships. All payments were accepted
